Hi Mark and thank you for your reply. the appliance has not been moved and just stopped turning on. As mentioned it seems to make the beeping noise but wont stay on. If you have any further ideas i will certainly listen again thanks, much appreciated.

Hi Simon, confirmed with engineer, there are three causes: 1. wire connecting display PCB is loose. 2. wire has been cut off. 3. The display PCB is not working. You may have to screw off the control panel and have a check or ask a onsite service.

It's no problem to run empty to clean the dishwasher. Please help to check if the drain hose hanging properly, if there is water flowing in? Any lights flashing? Check it and then give feedbacks to me.

Sound beeps is from the main PCBA when the power on. As for no light up, please first dial the knob and see if there is any light up or not. If not, then we suspect that the wire connecting the display PCBA is off. Please check it and give a feedback.

Hi Sandy. A common problem with the Bellini is that the check valve, designed to prevent flooding, seems to cause problems, leading to the warning light coming on next to the tap symbol. This happened to me. I rand the warranty number and left a message and a lady rang back the next day and a repair man arrived a few days later with another connection pipe which he quickly replaced. It fixed the problem. Repair man said it was common problem, nothing to do with actual machine. So call warranty number for replacement connection pipe. Sadly, you can fix the valve in it ... Hope this helps.

Hi. Page21 of manual has error messages. Flashing table and power indicates "Overflow leakages".

Manual states : "If overflow occurs, turn off the main water supply before calling a service. If there is water in the base pan because of an overfill or small leak, the water should be removed before restarting the dishwasher. "

Try contacting warranty number and leave message. They usually respond quickly. Good luck..

Thank you. Yes, I have discovered a leak in the hose and it flowed down into the pan, the pan had filled with water and caused the error. Thanks for your reply.

Hmm. Strange. Do you press the "tablet" button before you switch on? Do you have wash set to "normal" (maybe it's on rinse?). Do you take tablet out if its packaging (some have dissolving packaging while others do not ..) good luck .

Manual (page 21) states this error message means "heater element operating abnormally". Suggest you turn off at wall, make sure nothing has fallen into element space, clean element and adjacent space. If still under warranty, contact provider - they are great! Good luck. Ross

Yes it is a sealed unit we have had to replace the machine

Weird... The Bellini dishwashers don't have a locking system (you can open the easher in the middle of a wash cycle, with disastrous results..) so unsure why the door isn't locking for you... Try turning off at wall?

Hmm. Does the "no water supply" warning light come on? It's a red tap symbol. The dish washer is great but water overflow protection is supply pipe seems to fail often. It's covered under warranty so suggest you contact warranty people. Good luck.

Hi Cindy, Is your model BDW6WP-F or BDW6XP-F? Heavy and normal light is flashing means there is overflow/leakage of your machine. Please check.

Please check if the "Normal" and "Heavy" light both flash. If yes, then it's a problem of overflow and causes an alarm. That means water overfills. Kindly ask the engineer to replace the flowmeter and to see if the problem could be solved. If not then check if there is any leakage. Thanks.
