Our dishwasher works perfectly. Looking at the reviews, people clearly don't know how to use them or understand them. There is a button to push if your using tablets. So for all you who say that don't dissolve, "push the button". The other review, have to dry my dishes. This dishwasher isn't designed to dry dishes! There's no drying fan like a Fisher Paykel Dishdrawer. The reason why most dishwashers don't wash properly is the wash arms are glogged with crap, keep it clean, better still wipe your plates properly. Thousands of these machines are sold and 2 or 3 or you have issues. Stop using quick wash to economize, it's only for glasses, not all your dishwashers greasy filthy pots and pans.

Not sure about all the bad reviews. We've had this washer for over two years and it has operated every day without any problem, except for a brief issue with the flood protection value. Service person arrived fast, replaced connection pipe and back to work! I bought a second dishwasher for my investment apartment and it has also worked perfectly for three years. I did get both washers professionally installed. Recommended.

Only half washes and will not dry. Heater option doesnt work. Probably the worst shelf design I have used. Definitely won't buy again. Unfortunately, size is my prime consideration and I will remodel cabinetry before I get any other machine regardless of brand.

Have had this dishwasher for four months. No longer fills with water & doesn’t wash. Heat non existent. Really noisy when it did run in the past. Incredibly frustrating as dishwasher fairly new.

Please do not buy these cheap and nasty machines. They don't work. When the machine actually manages to have a rare moment and start a cycle it doesn't clean anything. The Heating is a weak, it's loud, nothing dries and did I mention it doesn't work.

Mine is sitting there collecting dust because it wont fill with water and the warranty process is the worst I've ever dealt with, It's been over a month and they haven't even contacted me.

It is the worst dishwasher I’ve ever had. We have just moved and the home had the Bellini dishwasher in it already and it does NOT clean the dishes properly, especially glass. It leaves everything wet, the tablet doesn’t pop out, and it doesn’t seem to get as hot as my last dishwasher (Westinghouse) . I’m having to just hand wash all of my dishes now.
Do not buy this product!!!

New machine. Missing aqua stop. Machine doesn’t work without. After 6 weeks an aqua stop was delivered, but still not working. Second technician said inlet valve is broken. Again, he ordered new valve four weeks ago. He told this is a common issue with Bellini. Still not repaired. Machine is now three months old and didn’t run for a second.

We inherited this DW from the prior owner of the house. The single old lady said she had not used it in over a year. So it should have been like new. But there was no warranty information supplied.
However we found that more often than not it left dishes dirty. Glassware in particular. And they were never dry at the end !.
The end came for this one when a fault light came on indicating "water" with no help in the manual as to what is actually wrong.
With the basic cost of service being 30% of the current price from Bunnings (plus parts) we decided to replace it. We purchased a new Bosch machine and we are much happier not least because we were able to extend the warranty

Does not wash or dry properly. Dishes come out soaking wet. Absolute waste of money. Very Disappointing. Heater drying is very ineffective and is only mildly warm compared to previous reputable brand dishwasher.

This washer was in the house when I purchased it & looks brand new, it does not wash or dry dishes, again today put load of light dishes, comes out wet and still dirty, will be removing it, I don't get how companies are not accountable for poor products in Australia, they are happy to take our hard earned money, but as soon as their product doesn't stand up to standards and what they promise, they don't want to hear about it, they should have to offer money back or replace items, absolute rubbish machine :-(

It is one of the good purchase decisions. Working efficiently without giving any trouble on daily basis. I put dirty dishes that come out sparkling clean.
Size, quality, cleaning is efficient.

Works well. Noise is quite to the point you forget it's on and best if all cleans all the dishes as good as new. Draw space is amazing you can fit so much in it. Definitely recommend.

I am in New Zealand. My dishwasher is 15 months old. I cannot get anyone to come out and fix it. I was given the help number by Bunnings but every time I ring I get the same message -- hold until the next available technician. Half an hour or so later I am still holding. After reading many of your reviews I know I have the same problem as many of you. I turn it on, but after a minute or so it turns itself off and beeps loudly with the water light on. I am not going to bother with it any more. It can go in the next flexibin and tomorrow I intend to buy one almost three times the price from Harvey Norman which I have no doubt will last more than three times as long.

The seal has been broken (and cannot be fixed) from day dot, the shelves are difficult to move in and out of the dishwasher (always comes off the rails - I didn't notice properly until I used a dishwasher at a different house and just loved how it glided in and out - properly!). Other than that, it cleans fine but it's a pain in the neck to use.

I have purchased two of these dishwashers for rental properties that I own (because I shopped on price) and both have performed adequately. I have had no complaints at all.

Purchased in November 2015 - did not last for even three years - product support also very poor. Lack of communication and no contact to advise the product could not be fixed. Also purchased the hobb for two rentals and both have had to be replaced in less than three year - gives truth to the saying you get what you pay for - will certainly not be purchasing this brand going forward.

Bought brand new from Bunnings as our first ever dishwasher. Never cleaned dishes properly from the get-go, no matter how we stacked it (claims to be 12 place settings, lucky if it would get 4 place settings clean). Constantly had heating errors. Would only ever complete a cycle without a heating error if we ran it in the (very) early hours of the morning, and even then it was unreliable at best... Would take 2-3 cycles to actually get dishes clean. Soap block was often found undissolved in the bottom of the machine. Didn't realise how truly bad it was until we replaced it with a different brand and even the frying pan came out sparkling. On the up side, Bunnings gave us a refund, no questions asked.

Not very happy as cant get anyone to fix under warranty. No one is interested coming out to fix the bellini model from Bunnings

I bought this d/washer from bunning and it has NOT disappointed me. Very efficient in water and energy. More importantly my crockery and cutlery all come out shiny.
I am very satisfied.

Bought a house where this dishwasher already installed. Its quiet, but doesn't wash dishes properly. I have to rinse dishes first thoroughly, might as well hand wash them. Dishes don't dry, I have to dry them with a towel afterwards. Draws come out regularly. Wouldn't buy this brand again.
