My car was misfiring,Aleksandar came on time, he said nothing was wrong and wouldnt charge me a call out, I asked while he was here if he could Major service my car. He explained everything he was going to do. Beside giving me one price but then it was a little more than what was quoted I was happy to pay, due to the good customer service. I will be calling him again for my next service. He definitely gave me the reassurance my car still had a long long way to go before it would be completely kaput, and advised me how to maintain it so it has a longer life.

Within 18 hours of contacting Lube Mobile to view a fluid leak, Basheer had turned up, assessed the car, quoted us, collected required parts and completed a water pump replacement, a gasket replacement & 12 month service. Exceptional, contact-less service done without having to leave home. Great stuff Lube Mobile.

I have done a few jobs with him now and his work is of a high standard.
I had a few semi-major problems which Will fixed for a recording breaking price, he then re-booked 2 jobs I had been putting off due to extremely high quotes and did both for a fraction of the prices quoted by other mechanics.
He knows BMW very well and he is honest, trustworthy and professional.
He was punctual, finished the job and left the car spotless and even re-set the seat and steering wheel to my original settings.
He has a great personality and is easy to communicate with and will work with you if price is a factor too.

Couldn't recommend him more highly.

I recently purchased my vehicle and was not familiar with some features and after adding oil has a warning message. The technician was most polite to check out the vehicle and assure me all was OK and went on to familiarize me with the on board computer.

paid the attendance fee for him to look at it for 10 minutes and say "Im not sure what it is" to be told by the mechanic at that point "you need new tyres, if u get them it will fix the issue"my words were "so youre sure thats the issue" his response"yep guarantee thats it"... GUESS WHAT!!!!! Still vibrating, still noisy as a virgins first night!!

I call to get told, we can come and look but you will need to pay for the repairs... Seriously the guy knew i needed it fixed and now ive wasted money on tyres which werent bad at all,

Can't say much more. Heard they're alright for a quick service but shocking at identifying problems or tell signs for things that cost a lot down the track. Worst experience to date!

Booked my partners car,2015 Kia cerato in for 45 thousand klm service,quoted price,$295,service done, technician advised my partner,a health care worker,that extra work was required,wiper blade replacement and cabin filter replacement,my partner agreed to the extras,was billed another $200 for this, following day she couldn't close glove box,cabin filter incorrectly fitted.She rang lubemobile and this was rectified.Technician also told my partner that tyres would require replacing at a quoted price of $650.unbelievable.another case of taking advantage of women

I called Lubemobile to come and repair a 25 year old Corolla that I had borrowed whilst I was stuck in country due to Covid19. The service provided was exceptional and great value for money. I would definitely recommend them.
