Looks a picture on the bedroom wall
Good pic quality, crisp and clear with nice sound. Easy to fit on wall mount. Had to rearrange Tv connection for best result and increase antenna height for best result. Remote is busy and slow with numerous buttons and fiddly to go from FTA to smart "on demand". Have had a good run with this to date.

Excellent picture
Bought this 32" full HD smart tv on special and haven't been disappointed. Picture quality is excellent. Watching catch-up tv quite often isn't that great - quality is rough (regularly struggle with TenPlay, iView works but rough quality, maybe due to how the upload it, not sure if it's the tv or that's just how it is because of the wireless internet connection). Got a decent few apps.

Not so 'smart' TV
I bought this primarily for gaming on my xbox. Picture quality is good and the size is perfect for my bedroom as i have a bigger tv on my lounge. I think the sound quality is good. The thing i don't like is OS. Its very laggy and unresponsive. You are better off using chromecast or other android boxes instead of samsung's OS. Also, the remote isn't very responsive right after you turn on the TV. It takes around 5 seconds for the remote to be actually usable.

Exactly the right tv for our space
Bought 2 of these, one for lounge and one for bedroom.
Picture quality excellent, on tv, DVD and on internet (Iview mostly)
Network/internet tv excellent
Remote easy to use
Easy to set up and connect to various devices, including Bose soundbar and dvd players.
Avoided getting a tv that was too big, and found that 32" was more than acceptable for both of the spaces.
Light enough to mount on our fibre board walls without too much difficulty, but used the stand. Note that some folks have difficulty with these. I suggest reading the instruct...Read more
ions and taking your time to get it right. I installed both stands with minimum of fuss and have had absolutely no difficulty with either tv. Completely satisfied (but it was rated at the top of the last Choice consumer survey on TVs, so not surprised there)

Awesome TV with great apps.
The picture quality of this TV is great, especially on the HD channel. Animal Planet looks great. The sound is okay, as you expect for a TV. Plenty of apps like Netflix, YouTube, Foxtel play, and many more. That aspect of the TV could have been better, at times it is a little slow to respond and can crash where you have to restart the TV, not often, maybe once per week so not too bad, can be a little annoying if watching live sport on Foxtel. The TV is easy to setup as well, finds all the channels easy enough. Comes with 3 HDMI ports and 2 USB ports. The USB ports are handy as you can easily view pics, movies, etc. Overall pretty happy with it, excellent for the bedroom, and for the price, it is great value.

Just a TV don't pay for the extra Un_Smart feature.
Purchased this TV for the Smart feature. It is clumsy and slow to the level that it fails to work. TV OK. Internet connection slow. It is simple a smart phone converted to a TV without touch screen this the only option is to use the remote to type. It would take you about 15 min's to write this review.

Last Samsung item I will ever purchase.
Recently purchased from a retailer, brand new television.
This television looks great and has flaws which are minor, but when coupled with Samsung customer service, endure me to never use Samsung products ever again. I do not recommend this television to anyone for a number of reasons and here is why:
1. Terrible customer service. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect to be pampered when calling a telephone service agent, but I do expect an e-mail reply at times when I am waiting an answer.
2. The flaw(s) in the stand. Although the TV...Read more
looks wonderful, it doesn't live up to expectations when its on the floor leaning against the wall. The stand consists of two parts & 8 screws. I found it very difficult to physically get the screws all the way in when putting the two parts together, this lead to screws being left slightly out and when standing the TV up to see how it would sit, I mover the screen slightly and the stand broke. I do admit this is ultimately a fault of my own but what I find as a flaw here is the design of it to put me in a position where this has happened, not to mention how frail the stand is to break on such a small movement. One of the rubber feet under the stand has fallen off (again, a small thing but this shouldn't happen to a brand new SAMSUNG tv). 3. Customer 'care' center. This is hard to review as I have had great conversations over the phone with the consultants for the TV and items in the past but I have this time around been let down by their lack of e-mail communication in letting me know what is being done about my product. I have waited one week (7 calendar days) for a response with an answer so I called them up and was told "sorry sir, we were actually waiting for you to contact us so we could tell you." Apparently they were waiting on me to call so they could tell me the answer which they had? Again, a small flaw but it is one.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Junk
Brand new smart tv. Worked for approximately 1 hr. Turned it off. Turned it on again after 2 has. Came up with error code. No internet connection. Everything else connected in house worked. Jumped on forum. Pages of complaints of same thing happening to everyone. Apparently Samsung server error. Can't be fixed from this side

Nice TV, awful included parts and awful service
I purchased this tv to go on my bedroom wall, The TV looks nice, alas I can not tell you how it runs though because when I went to install it on my Wall I find that it does not have the Four Vesa Bolts to wall mount it, Every other LCD TV I have ever purchased has had them screwed into the back of the TV, but not only that There is no Mention any where of what size Bolts it takes or where to get them.
My Mounting Bracket even came with different sized Vesa Bolts but none fit this TV, even though my Bracket is all Vesa Standards Compatible.
