Easy set up. Worked perfectly. Incredibly helpful go have 24/7 wifi. Worked all over France without drop out. Local calls were an absolute bonus. Will use this company again on future travels.

The SIM card arrived quickly. Installation was simple and instructions were clear.

We had great coverage while travelling through both islands in New Zealand.

Also, 10GB was excellent - no need to wait until we had WiFi.

The SIM card was super easy to install and use, and was operational immediately. I used data for maps, social media and browsing for a 2 week holiday and it worked perfectly.

I bought a SIM for my phone and my wife's. 30 Day Europe cards.
I was unable to connect my card in spite of contacting the support line. They were very helpful and refunded my money.
My wife's card worked for 2 weeks and then disconnected.

I purchased a SIM locally for 22 Euros and no issues.

Correction, I did not receive a refund as promised

Worked perfectly as described. Turned on in LA, up straight away. Used in LA & Las Vegas absolutely no problems. Would use again no worries. These people are very helpful and I recommend the product used.

It was a feeling of security to know that I had data when I needed it when I was travelling. I didn't make any phone calls though, so I can't comment on that side of it.

Interesting point to mention was whilst in Nice I did a day trip to Monaco. Unfortunately Monaco, as it's own country, is not included in the Europe & UK package so had to turn off data while there to avoid excess charges.

Otherwise I would highly recommend SimsDirect and will defiitely use again and recommend.

I purchased our SIM cards before we left for China and installed once we landed. They worked seamlessly throughout using all apps. Other people on our trip that were using their normal Australian SIM cards were blocked via the firewall from basically everything. I recommend this sim to anyone travelling to China.

My family and I all used the sims and found them super easy to activate and worked everwhere we went (France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, The Netherlands & Greece). It tells you a few days out when it will run out. The link to the 3 website was great because it monitored your data usage too! I will be definitely ordering more for next years trip!

Great! The phone worked all over Europe, except for one country, Montenegro, but considering the number of other countries it DID work in, that was not an issue.

This SIM card was all that it promised. Worked seamlessly, loads of data for a month away even when using Apple Maps, worked a treat! We were in England, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria & Czech Republic and it connected automatically as soon as we arrived just as promised. Would definitely recommend and buy this SIM card again. Was a simple process to set up. Just had to pop in my SIM when I arrived in London and the data was working after i restarted my phone.

Only negative aspect was that in each country I visited, Vodafone, which seems to be the best network there, wasn't used. So occasionally, while people who I was travelling with had coverage on the Vodafone network, I did not, because I was on another network.

So if traveling to London, wouldn't recommend, since its really easy to pick up a Vodafone SIM at Heathrow airport and then you don't have the wonder whether your SIM card would work etc. But otherwise good product.

I am so glad I pre-purchased a sim card before I headed overseas.

The process was so easy, all I had to do was change over my sim card during my flight to London.

Once I landed, I switched my phone back on and it worked immediately. I was concerned that I would use all the data on the 3 weeks whilst I was away, but I ended up only using 4GB out of 12GB.

I was using social media the whole time, as well as skype calls to my family.

I visited London, Croatia, Berlin and Greece. – I never had any issues the sim just picked up I had changed location and carried on working as normal.

I will definitely be purchasing one for my upcoming trip to Singapore.

Totally recommend going with SimsDirect while you are holidaying. Set up is super easy, no down time at all. Being able to stay in touch and connected while out and about was fantastic. Installation was easy using the SIM tool supplied with our SIMs. Set up was easier than suggested. Everything just worked once the SIMs were installed. Documentation about checking on data use could be clearer but once I set up on the 2Degrees website that was easy to check.

Couldnt fault the sim. Put it in when we landed, went through the quick setup and we were in business! Walked passed all the local providers that were set up in the airport selling local sims for a dearer price that what we paid for our simsdirect. Didn't have any reception issues in Queenstown or the surrounding area.
