It doesn't work at all

published

I have been using this for 3 months now, along with Skinstitut even blend serum. No reduction is acne scars or any improvement in skin tone. Wastage of money and effort.

Purchased in September 2021 at Australian Laser & Skin Clinic for $32.00.

Works great on dull skin

I pair this powder with the skinstitute retinol serum about once a week and the effects are seen within its first use. Can cause a slight tingling sensation if used too often so wouldn't recommend for everyday use.

Purchased in March 2021 for $20.00.

Smell lingers on your skin

published

I tried what another reviewer suggested by mixing a small amount of vit c powder into vit e and applying at night. I found my pillowcase stained yellow and even after washing or showering an unpleasant smell lingers on my skin. I couldn't use it during the day. I perservered for a few days on then off then on again but can't say I noticed any difference in my skin. I haven't used the product again for quite a few months. The product keeps well in the package and it's still free and loose. It is a little difficult to peel back the plastic cover a little and try and tap out a small quantity into the palm of your hand. I'll try it again some day but think it will still be in the cupboard in 2yrs

no more prescription Vitamin A ReTrieve

published

I am 72 yrs of age and have been using Vitamin A for about 10 yrs I recently started using this powder and mixed it with a high concentration of
over the counter Vitamin E. 2 parts E x 1 part C and my skin has never looked so radiant! I will keep using this combination for good. 2 x a day.
Thank-you Skinstitut for making this product available! Creams just don't work. They just make false promises, that's why they keep manufacturing new ones. All they do is moisturize the skin and nothing else!
Thanks again for a great product that works!
Grace.

Hi,
I’ve used skinstitute vit c many times, however, it does go clumpy and is difficult to get out of the holes . Also I know keep opening the lid does make this product unstable . Anyone ever poured half the powder into a small container of use later ? This will keep it fresh and stop oxidation until your ready to use ?? Also can this product be used with any moisturiser?

You must keep it in a dry cool area, Bathroom is a no no. It will keep in an airtight container. Best way to use is:
20% of the cream amount, Put the Vitamin C on the palm of your hand with the cream and mix with your finger.
This way you don't have to keep it in the fridge. It's fresh. I mix mine with Invite vitamin E.

Did you make it up yourself? You need to keep it refrigerated and a new batch made fresh every 2 weeks. I assume you have bought it. You are better off making your own,
it works out a lot cheaper and fresher. You can buy the powder vit C Ester online. Mix. 3 tsp of pure Aloe Vera, 1 tsp 99% pure vit E cream 1 tsp vit C Ester. Mix thoroughly.

No I did not make it myself I bought it from a salon. It is in a tub and as I said the gradual shave compacted and is very hard to shake out through the holes. It is Skinstitute 100% Vitamen C

Hi this is a message for Grace. I found your review so helpful! I wonder though Do you premix your vitamin E and C together and tore in the fridge or is this something you do daily?

you can mix both together. Up to 20% vitamin C ester.20% pure vitamin E cream and 60% pure aloe vera gel.Mix enough to last up to 2 weeks. Definitely keep in fridge.
Do not use a clear container. You will have to purchase C ester online. It's the better one!
Good luck!
Grace.
