This so called smart speaker is not so smart. I have both google home and this in home. Google home work perfectly to receive voice messages. This one is so dumb compared to google. I have to yelled to it every time and it always gives me wrong item. Some reviews say its audio quality is slightly better than google. It’s not. Google home is far superior than it from every prospect and cheaper than it. Very disappointed with sony. I have to use it as a blue tooth speaker only.
