The Bad - tried contacting customer support numerous times, they never get back and are essentially not contactable. ridiculous

Hard to get into tight spaces or for trimming studs at ceiling or floor level but that's probably an issue with most electric planers.

The good - Adjustable chip ejection is a good feature that most other models don't have. I would buy again just for that feature.
