5/10/17 is the manufacture date. The expiry date is 30 months after the date code printed on the product for all Sukin products.

A fair few companies actually list rosehip oil in AHA products, so based on that information - you'd be safe. ^_^

I do use similar products but that's me! The best thing to do is to email or post an enquiry direct to Sukin...they ara a courteous and helpful company which is one of many reasons why I purchase their products. If you don't receive an answer please get back to me because I know someone very well who'd answer this in a tick...but she is abroad as I write. Good luck.

Omg the smell of this oil is disgusting, I've used other rosehip oils in the past, usually trilogy brand, but this one has such a bad smell I cannot stand it on my face and only using one or two drops . Emailed sukin regarding this rancid smell and awaiting their reply . Has anyone else noticed this smell or is my bottle OFF although dated exp isn't until 2018?

I have not noticed any offensive smell whenever I have used Sukin's rose hip oil, perhaps you bought from a bad batch. Sukin is a good brand, I hope you get satisfactory customer service from them too.

I'm thinking you just got a bad bottle? I don't like smells either and I have never had that kind of problem. I would ask for an exchange?

Update: sukin have replaced my previous bottle of oil so I will hope this one isn't off !

Has anyone successfully cut down the fishy smell? Mine definitely has it. Cats are starting to follow me when I go for walks.

My Sukin rose hip oil does not smell fishy, it is a little bit orange in colour and if I get carried away and use too much, it can give my face an odd "tanned" look so I have learned restraint, I have another rose hip oil by A-kin which is also not fishy smelling - I would take yours back and change it as it sounds off or oxidised to me, it shouldn't smell fishy, it's a fruit hip.

I would love to try this product, however after all the awesome reviews in a bit concerned as I have combination skin. However, I'm approaching 48 & sometimes feel a little dry. Would thus be suitable for me?

Hi Candy
I'm 58 and my skin is very fair, dry and flaky prone to eczema patches. I use the rose hip oil from Sukin on this at least 3-4 times per week and often mix a few drops with my sensitive skin moisturiser as I don't want to drown my dry skin so you should be fine as long as you stick to about 3-5 drops. (It's also great on fine lines even around the eyes it's so gentle). If you are worried I also use the Sukin Argan and vitamin oil twice a day and this is lighter and more quickly absorbed you could try this instead. I have an oily nose and I plan to try the Sukin serum next on this if I can get it.

Ok, I purchased & have used for a week now. My skin feels great but does anyone else thinks it leaves a fishy-like odour?

I tried it for awhile and I found it too oily. The oil didn't absorb into my skin so I prefer a different brand no - . but obviously it works for many people. All you can do is try it and decide for yourself.

Between $15 & $22 depending on the size you get but it lasts for ages. Chemist Warehouse or Priceline have some discounts at the moment :)

Brian,
I paid $18 for a 25ml bottle. It is more cost effective to buy the 50ml for just over $30. I went the smaller size as I wasnt sure what it was going to be like. The oil goes a long way. Initially I was using 6 to 8 drops to get my skin hydrated. Now Im using 2 drops mixed with a little moisturizer. I really love this product and my skin has improved immensely.
