I'm on a detox program and I bought these scales a week ago to motivate myself. It is good to have your fat % a little depressing but certaining nice to know the differetnc between fluid fluculations and geniune weight loss. So far neither my weight or body fat hs changes significantly but hopefully these expensive scales will keep me honest and on the straight and narrow.
