No delivery, told to wait months
My story is like a lot. Ordered a product, product stated dispatch in mid-September. Waited until end of September, emailed, waiting, emailed again, waited.... Called, told end of November, waiting...
I can't understand how the company survives. It seems to have no stock. Can't plan for stock and takes people's money with no product in sight. It is stealing from us, stealing the money we could be investing or using for something else, while we just wait, hoping something might eventually come about.

Disgraceful TECHNIICE
Order number M100069789, my 68 litre dual zone fridge freezer which is a great product had turned up damaged almost one year ago to date. TECHNIICE had given me 2 options of a $200 reimbursement to keep the damaged unit or use the damaged fridge until the new one turns up which is what I opted for. Still waiting after numerous emails and phone calls to no avail????

Cooler is of excellent quality and customer service was superb!
After several months of manufacturing delays, I have finally recieved a compromise icebox alongside additional gifts as componsation for the wait. The man I spoke with on the phone was always extremely polite and helpful, and spared time to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
Now I can't speak on what caused the delay, however in my circumstance Techniice did a great job of remediating the purchase (More frequent updates and greater transparancy would have been welcomed actions).

Seem fine to me!
I recently ordered a 55lt hybrid cooler from their website after reading many reviews on performance and comparing it to other online retailers and those available in stores. I placed my order very late on a Friday afternoon and received it less than a week later. Great delivery time considering I live in central Qld and it was being shipped from Vic! The cooler was exactly as described except it was missing the decals on the front and lid. They are sending them in the mail for me to attach if I want. cooler yet but it looks like it will do the job fine. I thought it was important for me to include my experience as they seem to be getting a bad rap lately with delivery delays. I didn't have a problem but I would make a suggestion to them that they need to communicate more - ie let me know that it had been shipped; provide a delivery tracking number; etc. I am also reluctant to upload proof of purchase because it has my contact details on it which I am wary of sharing with the world.Similar opinion? The worst lying company i have ever had dealings with
In December 2018 i sent back a fridge/freezer, it was under warranty, was told that there would be a waiting time of 2 months, i contacted them after that period and was told another 2 months, then again and was told that it would be delivered i September 2022, have just got off the phone and after talking to [Name Removed] i was informed that the fridge is out of warranty and they would not be replacing or refunding my money. Do not buy any thing from them ever, they will rob you blind if you you have problems or if you even receive the product.

I brought and paid for a 70 litre Signature series ice box in February this year (7 months ago) I have not yet received it yet. Every phone call and email is met with the same crap answer that they are having supply problems and the shipment will be here next month. It's been six "next months" now and still nothing. Sure they may have won all these awards but that means nothing if you don't have a product to deliver. Don't support this company. Take your money elsewhere and buy a Yeti cooler.

Worst customer service ever
I ordered two eskies early January 2022. After 8 months and Excuse after excuse and lies I gave up and requested a refund. 3 weeks and several emails and phone calls later I was forced to threaten them with a consumer affairs complaint and finally received MY money back.
The worst company to deal with.
Avoid them like the plague.

Absolute Putrid!
Putrid! Ordered a Signature Series Icebox on 23-Apr. Was advised that I would receive it in May. Month by month, they pushed it back a month further with varying excuses! As of today, I'm told "maybe November". 5+ months and no item. Putrid customer service when calling for updates. DO NOT recommend!

5 months on still no product......or refund
Ordered two eskies on April 18, was told to expect mid June delivery. Late June I enquired as to their whereabouts, was told a further 6 week delay. 8 weeks later still no eskies, no update on status either. Have requested refund, was told it would be process immediately. Still have not received refund.

service and product quality
Purchased two cooler freezer units 4 years ago. One was faulty on delivery and returned for repair. The repair did not last, and we paid $500.00 to get it repaired locally, even thought it was under warranty. Company representative says that the warranty is now reduced from 6 years to two years and hence not under warranty !!!!
Tried to purchase a lid,as the plastic has warped and does not seal. but was told we need to buy a new unit. Even thought they gave me a reference number for my queries, nobody will answer emails, nor follow up with telephone calls.. Be very wary of the product and company. I rang the 1-800 number and was assured "the person who handles these matters will definitely ring you tomorrow" - did not happen.

All promises,dont believe them
Ordered Signature series 47litre in March paid in full. After many extensions to delivery date and every excuse imaginable became very disulisioned, however, seeing amazing you tube reviews decided to wait for delivery. Finally went to Frankston outlet,was lied to in person said shipment on it way,6 weeks later hassling to get refund. Ring every day don't give up on refund,very dodgy NEVER recommend

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with
Esky was order in December 2018, following correspondence with the company on a monthly basis being told only lies each time I finally agreed to settle for an inferior product that they had in stock after 8 months of negotiation. (I had to cough up an additional $50 for the inferior one! MISTAKE) The inferior product did not arrive either. Now support line won't answer our calls or return our messages, have demanded refund, assume this is nothing but a sham! Buyer beware, they are a scam!

Lies! Lies! and more lies
I ordered an ice box in early Feb and have continued to receive estimated delivery dates with the latest being end of September dispatch. Their website says end of September for dispatch for new orders. They are either not being honest with me or misleading potential new customers or both. Im glad to say that after half a dozen phone calls in 1 day they refunded my money that day. My advice would be to cancel your order and get your money back asap. I have ordered an Evakool fibreglass ice box and delivery should be within the next 2 weeks.

Ordered a fridge slide, 5 attempts now and cannot get them to return a phone call, email or their stupid live chat doesn't work. They have to lunchtime today to get back to me otherwise going to fair trading.

No stock, full refund given promptly.
I ordered a 100L classic in Dec 2018, received two emails saying no stock, but offered the option of a refund. Last email advised stock coming in April, I forgot about it until early June, called up and told stock is now coming in July, I asked for a refund instead and it was processed there and then over the phone, money in the bank the next day.

Horrendous experience
I honestly don't understand how a company can even operate in 2022 with this poor level of customer service. Placed an order in December 2018 and was originally told to expect delivery in February. Received an update saying it is postponed to April-May do to unforeseen circumstances. Still, I was fine with this.

6 months (plus) waiting for 60L Signature Icebox.... still waiting
Ordered mid Oct 2018 for "Dec" Delivery. Mid Dec was emailed that delivery was delayed to late January. 2nd Feb, received email pushing back to Late Feb. Late Feb received email pushing delivery back to mid April. Mid April was a week ago - still listed as "processing" on my account - and nothing has shipped. Now OVER 6 months and still waiting. I have seen some great YouTube tests on these comparing them to Yeti and others, and I respect the way they promote good quality design and materials....... but 6 months and still waiting??? I don't want a refund (although tempted) - I just wand a good quality TecniIce Icebox!

y - but I have doubts they will ever receive stock of their signature series, and yet they still allow further Pre-Orders. Currently they have advertised pre-order for November Delivery. I feel defeated. I wanted one of these, and it took 2 years to convince myself to splurge on an expensive but quality icebox. Then waited 12 months and finally took a refund. Long wait times for delivery
I’ve been waiting 2 months for delivery of my 70lt signature service esky. The delivery date continues to get pushed further out. They offer your money back if you would like it but after reading all of these reviews im worried I won’t get either if I request a refund. It had better be worth the wait.

In the meantime, rest assured a refund is always available. We developed the Signature Series to celebrate our 30th birthday, and showcase Australian Icebox ingenuity. We were keeping up production well, and then they received 3 consecutive "CHOICE RECOMMENDED" awards over time which increased the demand even further, and we increased production accordingly. Meanwhile, across the Tasman, they were awarded New Zealand's best ice box award twice in a row by choice's sister organization "CONSUMER". A short time later they had beaten virtually every ice box in America including America's top selling market leader "Yeti" in independent comparisons. After that we were really struggling to fill orders on time as the coolers are built individually by rotational moulding and hand finished requiring hundreds of skilled staff and lots of moulds. These are a life time cooler and take time to make. Whilst we are happy to accept back orders from customers that are happy to wait, we would rather suggest customers not to order if they need the cooler quickly because we cannot deliver quickly. Again we really appreciate your patience and understanding but we are more than happy to refund if the delay becomes a problem for you.
