I love the ice pads my food and drink never go cold I use 8 in my 60litre esky. I went to the beach for 8 hours and everything in the esky stayed cold

Have been ordering the reusable techni ice sheets for years now as we use them for camping and we are away for at least 10 days at a time off grid and never have any problem with keeping our food/drinks frozen and/or cold using both the techni ice sheets and esky. We have over time changed all our eskies to techni ice ones and so have our other camping friends.

These esky's are great I have 7 now for every occasion, the ice last so long and great colours too.
You can get any size for boats, cars and office also now with the new air rated esky I can have a live bait tank or a fish tank saver

Ordered cooler 14sep19 was told would arrive in 1 month due back order. Arrived 6 Jan 2020. Tried Multiple times to contact through email and there phone number on there website without success. Product looks okay but service was the worst I have ever experienced from an online supplier

The cooler bags are great for carting shopping home during the hot summer months. Techni ice sheets are far easier to use than ice blocks, lighter and cover a larger area.

This is the 4th techniice cooler i have had. If they didn't work as good as claimed i wouldn't keep coming back. Strong, looks good, stays cold. A perfect companion for the boat, camping or the drinks at the family BBQ.

We have just purchased our second set of Techniice blocks, after eight years of valiant service from the originals. So simple to use and last forever in any kind of cooler - really great in the Techniice chiller box! Can't recommend highly enough!

Techniice beats the ice bricks hands down and won’t make any of your food wet like other ice bricks as it’s dry ice. A must have for any lunch box or esky too. I’ve been using this for years and to Techniice I say cheers!

The eskies are great, but the techni ice lifts any esky to the next level. Versatile and not bulky. Great for the little esky in the car. When cut down for the little esky, they fit in the tiny freezers in motels.

So effective to cool drinks and food. Being a tradie I used this every day now and drinks are always icy cool. There are no water leaks, the cooler bag is a great size and fits 2 litre bottles!

These packs fit well in any Esky. They are the best way to chill your beer, wine and food. My wife likes them and she doesn't like anything I suggest. So these must be great as I suggested them.

We pre-ordered a green 45l icebox. It was due to be delivered September 2022. September came and went. I rang to find out what had happened and was told it wasn't on the ship. Not happy. Techniice didn't bother to notify me it wasn't coming. I was told when I rang again it would be at the end of November. At the end of November it didn't turn up again. I rang again and was told they didn't know when it was coming in. I was offered a icebox. Not one the same as the one I wanted. Techniice have poor communication skills. I don't know why they couldn't of sent off an email to say there was a problem. The only good thing is that Techniice have good quality ice boxes.

Won a 60L blue cooler at the Casino and it does the job great. Keeps everything cold for days. Never had an issue so never needed to contact Customer Service.

Techniice Esky's are the best quality I've found and are very tough! They keep your food and drinks cold for a very long time. Would recommend over any other company!

Cant speak for the product yet. I ordered it 2018 for Christmas that year and it arrived today (12/12/2019).
Definitely would not recommend the company or their customer service.

Item was exactly like it was described and the shipping was fast. Good quality product that keeps ice cold and frozen so theres no issue of melted ice which was a major problem with my previous drink coolers.

Ordered a Signature ice box and accessories based on the very positive Choice review. Like many others I received regular emails about manufacturing delays.

After waiting 9 months I managed to get a refund and went straight to BCF and bought a larger Cool-Ice off the floor for less than what I would have paid for the Signature, with an identical Choice rating.

Sounds like they're sorting out their manufacturing issues, but really ... after receiving great reviews from Choice and a US counterpart for the last 3 years couldn't these manufacturing problems have been addressed sooner?

Would have preferred to buy Aussie-owned but in the end was forced to buy an import.

After a mix up with despatch and it missed our departure date you excelled by sending the unit to catch us up on a Road trip and caught us up the other side of Australia as promised. Well done. Problems do happen but you fixed it. Thank you.
