If anyone didn't receive Chefs Toolbox products that they paid for, please go to your bank and advise them that you paid Chefs Toolbox for goods and didn't receive them because they went into liquidation (they will look it up on ABN search) i.e. you didn't receive the goods in exchange for the money you paid so you should get a refund.

Hello
Where can I purchase a Chefs Toolbox Como Fry Pan 30cm
1 answer
Hi Joan. I have no idea where you can purchase a fry pan from Chefs Toolbox. I can't get hold of them anymore, even through their website. They owe me a replacement saute pan from about two years ago which they promised to do so but haven't come to the party - not even replying to my emails! I would never deal with them again and advise anyone not to do so. They stopped selling their products in NZ but I don't know if they still sell in Australia. Sorry I am no help to you but good luck. Can toolbox cookware be used on an induction cooktop?

Do not buy anything from chef's toolbox! They have gone bust and were still taking orders and money from people with no intention of delivering. I was stung for $200 + and I certainly wasn't the only one! I had been a customer of theirs for years. There are better products out on the market anyway
ok thx
Hi Chris,

How do I sell chefs toolbox?
Kathy masked
I purchased my 24cm sauté pan (colour: outside coating Grey) in March of this year.
I am not happy about the outside of the pan discolouration all around. As I cannot use any abrasive items for cleaning off these bad stains - What can I use as it looks terrible to see on my cookware.

I have bought the square roaster ($300), an induction cooker and some silicon utensils and the only problem I have had has been with the square roaster also the most expensive. My problem with this company is that they DO NOT honour their 10 year warranty. In fact if you look at all the reviews you will find the same response. They give the same response to everyone that "you have not used it the way you are meant to". They gave me that same response without even seeing my cookware. Buy if you're willing to take the very expensive risk. I certainly would never buy from them again. Some of their stuff if all right but I would never buy their so called non stick cookware. Contact me if you want any more info.

Whats the non stick layer that you use on the pressure cooker?

I don't know as it doesn't say. You might want to get this answer directly from them. All I can say that it has a lifetime guarantee on the nonstick surface provided you use it as directed. Have had no issues so far.
I bought the square cooker, around $300 and it started sticking very soon after I bought it. I contacted Chef's Toolbox and got a response requesting a photo of the damage which I was unable to send at the time but received a response that it was due to my misuse that it was sticking, looking at the pot you could not see anything out of the ordinary or showing any damage. Not that they knew that because they never saw a photo of the damage. I was busy at the time and put it away for about 5 years and didn't use it. I had reason to bring it out again recently and of course it started sticking so I once again contacted and sent a photo of the scrambled eggs stuck to the surface but received exactly and I mean exactly, word for word the same response saying that i had misused the cooker. The life time warranty means nothing to this lot. I would never go near them again. I spoke to the person (sales rep) who I bought it from and they basically wished me good luck in having any success in trying to get a replacement for it. Feel free to contact me if you want any further info.

Their non stick coating is crap and their 10 year warranty is nothing but a scam. After spending a few hundreds on a pressure cooker I learnt to just buy from reputable companies.
