Helix Potato Ricer

This is the best potato ricer! It is sturdy and well made - I have no doubt that it will last a lifetime. It is very easy to use and takes the strain off of your wrist when ricing large quantities of potato (or any other vegetable). It is dishwasher safe and comes apart in two pieces for easy cleaning. It is perfect for making gnocchi, allowing you to maintain good level of texture rather than creating mash. I have tried many ricers and almost all have bent and worn with time but this ricer is well made and there is no warping.
