Telstra 4GX Wi-Fi Pro

Great connectivity to the whole house and we are double story. Rarely if ever need to reset and dropouts just don’t seem to happen. Very easy setup. Much better then Tangerine who I can’t recommend any less!

Its, so easy to connect to all my devices. .Since installation, I have not experienced any dropouts, The units large display has made this advancement an "EASY PEASY" experience.. I am now a Granny on the move with the Telstra 4GX WI-FI PRO PREPAID, traveling and keeping me connected where- ever I go.

Very happy with speed and connectivity even when only 1 or 2 bars signal and the battery life is very good.
It was a bit hard activating the SIM and device but the great staff at Bateman's Bay Telstra store soon had everything working.
Just finished our free months data so will see how easy it is to recharge by voucher when we go away next.

Have had this for over a year now and I am very pleased with it. It gets a really strong connection and distributes surprisingly strong Wifi (reaches all the bedrooms of our house). I use it travelling and for back up internet at home. No complaints at all this is a very decent unit,

Telstra do two versions of this: this one ( the better one) and a cheaper variant. I chose this because it has a full information screen on the front panel, not just lights and you can instantly read the remaining data and other relevant information. Performance has been excellent with zero issues to report. Battery life is good over 6 hours per charge, Happy with it,

I got mine unlocked and have the choice of providers. I found it excellent driving up the est coast and it would often connect when phones still had no signal as we approached a town. It says 5 hours battery life but I got much more than that using off and on during the day. Thoroughly recommend this machine

Purchase as a temporary option, it did was it said with good battery life. Setup was a bit average and not that easy for someone without computer networking skill. It did get hot with excessive use. Overall a good starting point for mobile internet access, telstra data plan were a bit over price!

Needed to buy this device due to a telstra issue.
had no problems with almost 10 devises connected with no lagging at all.
Decent battery life, displays data remaining and what devises are connected
Easy to add re-charge for more data.
Can get warm with excessive use

I have used this all up and down the east coast. Mostly with Telstra (came with Telstra SIM) but I got it unlocked and it works fine with Kogan (Vodafone) and Optus. You get a solid day's use out of this after an overnight charge and it can do up to 10 connected devices. I only ever have two at the most and it flys! Clear display screen on the fron (dada remaining only works with Telstra). Its a good robust design with nearly all the possible 4G bands

We temporarily used this as a fill in while house sitting in country Victoria. It connected easily and maintained a solid signal at all times. If also put out pretty remarkable WiFi that reached every room of the single story house. It just goes to show how far things have come! We left it permanently plugged in but I think it get 6+ hours on the battery. Well satisfied with this unit.

I bought this product when travelling so that I can share my mobile wifi with husband and children. It works on the 4G network and is fully portable. The signal is very strong for a portable device and covers the area of 120 sqm and over with ease. I have not experienced any dropouts and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable product that works!

We got this for our Queensland holiday but it has been useful since then on several occasions when the internet was down. It is very well made and works without any fuss at all. When charged you get either 6 hours of continuous internet of the whole day on off and on. It connects very quickly and shows all the necessary information such as reaming data on the front screen. Data is expensive bu it is Telstra!

I am impressed with this compact 4G Wifi. They have improved immensely over time and this one has no negative issues that I am aware of. It can pull down a signal in the most remote country areas without an external antenna when my phone, also on Telstra, cannot get a single bar of coverage. It goes all day on a single charge and never drops out. Its a mature, technology now and works very well indeed.

This is the the top of the range 4G WiFi modem from Telsta, it's main difference is it has a full detailed screen on the front panel. It gets sold 4G internet pretty much everywhere I go and it swings over to 3G in country areas. Battery life is very good, I can get nearly a whole day with intermittent use although it reverts to sleep mode after some time so you have to touch the button to wake it. It come with data and a SIM so its ready to use. I am happy to recommend this unit

This is the Lexus of wifi modems. It has excellent coverage Australia wide. We used it all over WA and had coverage everywhere we traveled. It has a clear information window that shows remaining power, signal and messages. We got all day coverage per charge. It came with a new sim and number plus free data and charger and cable. Its a great product

This was just excellent for travelling in QLD. We had fast internet pretty much everywhere we went, just like at home. I much prefer using my own than the various weird WiFi setups in hotels. It comes with a SIM and data so all you need to do is activate it and you are good to go. Battery life is exceptional. We had it on all day without recharging in the car.There were only two of us connected but it can handle up to 10 devices at once. Highly recommended

Got this because I need Telstra reliability in remote areas and couldn't be happier. It has all the bands and picks up Telstra wherever it is available which is pretty much everywhere. It gets through where other devices and networks don't work.
Has full info of signal strength, connection etc on the front screen whereas the cheaper ones just have LEDs.
Good battery life too but it changes with location. I think its working harder if its far away from a tower.
Telstra recharges are a bit pricey but if you need the reliability its worth it.

Brilliant device from Telstra that is blazingly fast. Its well and truly faster than our pathehic slow home ADSL but being Telstra the data isn't exactly the cheapest.
I bought this on holiday at Officeworks and couldn't believe my eyes at the speed it gets.89 Mbps down, 22 Mbps up It has detailed information on the front panel (there is a cheaper version that just has LEDS)

I just purchased it for my Queensland holiday and were very amazed by the functionality of the product.
Just great when you on the go, it worked just fantastic in the car or at the beach where Telstra network is available.
Used it mostly on my wifi IPad and our family IPhones, worked nicely downloading or playing all my Facebook and news videos.
Was very happy to have it with me, especially with the bad wifi connection in our Townsville Hotel.

Nice device, has good screen, not the best viewing angles on the LCD, but nice responsive touch screen. Nice Fast Speeds, awesome battery life, lasts for ever, but also takes a while to charge. Nice Quality charger and cable included, and wrist strap, and shows prepaid data and expiry on LCD which is a nice tough, would highly recommend for the price.
