Terrible money grabbing
Would honestly not recommend these guys to anyone. If you value customer service. go elsewhere.
Money grabbing company, they took my money each week even though my account was on suspension/hold (away on holiday)... On return I had to chase up for a refund, which they could only 'credit' my account. The credit was then basically useless (They kept charging my bank each week, even though the account was in credit) this is a big flaw in their online system and needs to be fixed...

Very disappointed with new management and frustrating booking process
After being sold a new membership at the former 'Healthworks' Gym in Teneriffe, the gym swiftly changed hands to become a Club Lime Gym with absolutely no notification to its members.
Before it was a friendly, boutique style gym where the staff would go above and beyond to help with your enquiries. Now you have to call a 1300 number, where you wait indefinitely before being put through eventually to an answering machine.

More annoyingly though, is the lack of a waiting list and then seeing that that the class with which you could not get into, actually has 2 or 3 vacant machines. I understand there are inconsiderate and selfish members who book out heaps of classes in advance and only show for the ones they feel like doing, but the Gym can control this as the previous management did. I am hearing from other regulars how frustrated they also are with the impractical and downright unfair system. I hope they can get it right but seeing is you can't get hold of anyone to voice your concerns, I wonder how many patrons they will be saying goodbye to? Terrible customer service. Took me a month to cancel my membership, with me having to do all the chasing up. Once I finally got to cancel the membership, I picked the next available date and still got billed. They refuse to reimburse me. Shocking.

Poor customer service
Club Lime has just taken over my gym where I have been a member for 11 years. The service declined immediately and I have had one poor example after another. From head office it took days to return Emails, additional fees, failure to return calls and no flexibility to accommodate customers. I find them just one big business with no care for the customer Don’t join!

they fine you and overcharge for their mistakes
it is a long story but the nuts and bolts are that they lock you into a cycle of fines and fees without services.
it started because I needed to change the card on file - they have not updated the card despite me trying to change it online (i showed them screen shots to prove the error) and that I physically went into the gym to sort it out. Other people at the information desk were having similar problems with payment that day as well.
club lime wont let me cancel my membership, I continue to accrue fees, and I cannot use the gym - I hope the ombudsman can sort it out but I would strongly advise not using this gym.

BEWARE cancellation terms
Due to my local club refurbishing and not notifying the members that they will not be running any scheduled classes, I decided to suspend my membership. Due to the fact that I had to move to a further away gym to do my body pump classes, I cancelled my membership. Nearly a month later they are still debiting my account. Members BEWARE that they still charge you for a month after cancellation - even if you haven’t been using their gym! Bad customer service all round. Will not join again!

Pathetic unhelpful rip offs
I had almost $100 extra taken out of my account
It is now nearly 3 weeks later and it is not resolved
Have sent a number of emails and had a number of different unhelpful replies
They have reimbursed some but still owe me and they have continued to take more even though they owe me

Overcharged, no communication, no etiquette
Due to an error on their end they overcharged me by $20 for the fortnight. They didn't communicate this with me at all - and had to spend forever on the phone, finally having to write emails to get an explanation.
Beyond this - the facilities are generally nice, but gym rules aren't enforced, and there's zero etiquette

I'm only a student and they are ridiculously charging me with their banking business wrongly
Due to my health and other injuries I wanted to cancel my gym membership. Today they said that my banking wasn't right, before I could get to do anything about it they already took another extra $20 out of my account. How does that make sense that this time the banking worked without my interference but they still charged me for $68.. I'm just a student and don't have that much money on my hand to be taken away from me. I'm never joining this club again

Club Lime - Terrible customer service, rip off
I tried to use the Club Lime at Curtin, ACT. No-one was ever on the desk so I could not obtain my token to get me into the gym after hours which is when I use it. No staff are ever available on the weekend. Too expensive and the PT Instructors are inexperienced and rude. Will never join again.

No pools southside
Signed up for platinum but there are no pools southside. The club has two pools and both are Northside. Closest one to to Tuggeranong is 25 minutes away. However the gyms are good. Its a shame about the pools.

Awful gym
Trying to my cancel memership is a nightmare.showers are gross and front desk is rude.club changed hands and just dived.Really unpleasent place.Stay away so many better gyms to choose from.

Forced to rejoin at a higher rate to gain access to Club Lime when already a member at that level.
I have been a member of Club Lime for many years. I originally joined at Kaleen and then had my membership transferred and upgraded to Platinum when Kaleen changed owners. I have been using the pool and the gym at CISAC for a number of years on and off. When I went to use it today I was told I could not use the pool unless I upgraded my membership to Platinum which is what I already had. No Customer Service AT ALL!
My membership was meant to be placed on hold while i was on holiday
Came back to realise it hadn't been.
I cannot get any managers to contact me and help fix the mistake
I've now joined another gym and would like my membership cancelled but they won't do that either.
Never have I seen such lousy customer service from management. Other staff members have told me that management can waive the fees and for me to not update my payment details till it's been sorted but management are no help whatsoever.
DO NOT JOIN! There are gyms out there that don't just want your money.

My son signed up for casual membership and confirmed with staff at sign up that he could cancel at any time. This was untrue and they kept debiting his bank account. Do not sign up for club lime. They are ripping off students

Greedy - Takes advantage of poor people.
This is a gym that only wants your money. They have worked out a system that keeps you in a never ending payment loop without being able to cancel if you don't settle all debts. There is a minimum 30 days notice, However it's impossible to give the notice until all debts are paid and continues to take money out of your account as if you are still using the gym, without letting you access the gym. Kingston club refurb has left it smelling BAD!!!!
Refurb at Kingston decreased the group fitness room to unbelievably small (clearly designed by someone who has never taken a class in that room) and the materials used to refurb the club STINK!! Like vomit. Or really really bad body oder. Six months on and it’s not better. Silver members forced to upgrade to Platinum when the cycle studio was ‘moved’ to the Foreshore with only 2 weeks notice. At least that cycle studio doesn’t stink; but the technology is ‘down’ more than its up.

Hidden fees, slack personal trainers
Had a personal trainer with whom it took weeks to get an appointment with. He kept rescheduling last minute. Then gave me a generic program that had nothing to do with my goals. Eventually when I cancelled my 'no contract' membership I was slapped with a huge cancellation fee disguised as '28 day notice period'. In other words just a massive rip off.

Only saving grace is the cheap membership and some quality trainers
The equipment is old - still from previous gym owners
2/5 of the toilets work - the others have been out of use for months
Range of classes is okay, but limited to les mills (lots of pump and balance) - should offer more attack and combat
Personal trainers hog the functional equipment

CISAC is Great, the rest are 4 Walls some Equipment and a lot of people.
I've had a few different types of club lime memberships. I really enjoyed training at the Cisac gym, the equipment there is awesome, pool, sauna, children swimming area. Great place. I could never seem to find a gym membership that just allowed me to sign-up to the cisac gym, to use gym and pool, it seemed I had to go with the platinum membership/one of the higher level memberships.

I have watched several of the personal training staff and they are not enthusiastic at all, they don't seem to care about the clients form/technique. I even witnessed a few of the trainers playing games on their phone in between the client using the equipment. It seems anything to do with online processing seemed buggy, I even had problems with the online signup form, fields would randomly changed what I entered in them.
