I have been using Biotin& Collagen shamp oo & conditioner 400 mlwhich i purchased from your company Reject Shop the last few months there has been no stock .
I have very thining hair it's been the best product I have used
Wondering if you are bringing it back or where can I buy it I have been to every reject shop looking here in Newcastle
It's in a gold bottle

Travelbug, I am a customer who wrote a review on Reject Shop. I can not possibly answer your enquiry. I think you will have to find Reject Shop's website and find out from them.

Hi, I used the biotin conditioner from Reject shop but that was last of the two in clearance basket. Discontinued, wish I had both.

the reject shop dose not monitor this site, so you will be waiting for ever for an answer, ring head office & ask them

Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you purchased a product from The Reject Shop, that you believe is not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, does not match the description, then you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. You will need to provide your receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

If you cannot provide proof of purchase, The Reject Shop may provide a refund or exchange at our discretion provided that the product was sold exclusively by The Reject Shop.

CHANGE OF MIND
We also offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind within 28 days of purchase provided that:

You provide the original receipt or adequate proof of purchase. A refund will be given using your original payment method.
Items are unused/unworn and in their original packaging including all manuals and accessories.
In the case of CD’s/DVD’s, the shrink wrap is intact.

If you cannot provide proof of purchase, we will offer you an exchange to the value of the current price of that product.

Please choose carefully as goods on which a change of mind return is not available are:

Bedding accessories eg: quilts, underlays and pillows
Cosmetics including fragrances
Gift Cards
Hosiery
Personal care ie: electronic toothbrushes, foot spas, hair straighteners, hair removal devices etc

Why do you only play horrible LOUD noise, (supposedly music). It is NOT nice to shop in your stores, having this noise blasted at us. I have been in your Claremont store in Tasmania a few times lately and have had to leave due to the unpleasant atmosphere, due to the so-called music. It is tuneless, tone less and too loud. Get some pleasant music to make shopping a nice thing.

Helen, you may wish to direct this question to The Reject Shop directly. This site is a review site for many company's and brands but I don't believe The Reject Shop actually view this site.

Thank you for your reply. I have commented about the music. The person just shrugged their shoulders .
