Tommee Tippee Novelty Hood

I really liked these bottles. My baby is 8 months old now and has just started using them, he is old enough to know to release the teat when more air is needed to allow the milk to continue to come out! . They look cute and are very cheap only $ 3.99.

I have bottle fed both of my children and have found these bottles to be more durable than others I have tried. They are lovely designs and have different colours to suit both boys and girls. I always change the teats in any bottles I use anyway so I can't really comment on the teat. (I never like the teats that come with any bottle)Overall I am very happy with all aspects of these bottle and would definately buy them again.

I wouldnt use this bottle with a little baby but it is great for an older baby. They look cute and are good value for money. I also find them very easy to clean with a bottle brush!

As in all bottles of this shape a little hard to get the formula in through the small neck.

I bought these from the chemist thinking that tommee tippee is a good brand and they are only $5! After about 5 sucks on the bottle my son could no longer get anymore milk as he did not have the strength to suck more out without the pressure being released, So every 4 sucks I pulled the bottle out of his mouth and let the air rush back into the bottle! Not fun at 2am when all you want to do is feed and go back to sleep. Maybe bottles are better suited to toddlers drinking juice or something that doesn't require constant flow.

Teat is very very narrow, and has no anti colic valves

I found that due to the narrowness of the bottle the bottom of it is hard to get clean. My son also did not like the teats that came with the bottle and I found that he preferred the wider neck. When he fed from it the teat was too narrow and he could get the entire teat into his mouth. Wider seems to be better. This bottle does not have any anti-colic features that I could see. I personally think this would be better suited to an older baby.
