Our van broke down and was out of action for x2 days of our 5 day trip. After negotiations, they said they would refund us for the x2 days we lost, but that it might take up to 30 days for the refund to come through. No refund after 35 days. Have had to chase them up, no money back yet. Would not hire from them again.

Easy process to hire van best price around I don’t usually write reviews but because the service was so good I have to let people know!! My and girlfriend are an English couple from Liverpool and couldn’t fault this company at all. Absolutely perfect in every way van was spot on no faults what so ever we drove from Sydney to cairns over 5 weeks and loved it. Big shout out to David in the cairns drop off department we ended up sitting for half an hour talking about farm work which we start next week such a nice guy lots of great advice, thanks a lot mate your a top bloke

I used Travelwheels for the 3rd time for my Bathurst race weekend this year. As usual the service was friendly and efficient and the van had everything I needed.

The car was spotless. Good service. Had the best time of our life!!! Drove all the way from Sydney to Cairns! Was the perfect ride! It includes pot and pans cleaning stuff, sleeping bags, pillows, just everything you need! Even a little fridge for your beers!

We hired a campervan from Cairns to Brisbane. Our 3 berth campervan was very clean and everything was in working order. The van ran very well the whole way and was a comfy ride! Would use again!!!

In worst case just bad service. We had a full coverage insurance and they told us we'd be fine if something happened - we had an accident, but they didn't even respond to 7 calls and they didn't provide us with any information or help. We're still waiting for an answer to some questions (the accident happened one week ago) and we had to rearrange everything by ourselves. At the end just bad service and we wish no one will ever get in a similar situation. They're not going to help you!

Very happy with the condition of the van, comfortable and well equipped. Customer service however is extremely lacking. Unhelpful, arrogant and rude staff members who expected the customer to solve problems caused by the company.

NEVER RENT A VAN WITH THIS COMPANY !
Our rental of a van 5 people was canceled THE DAY BEFORE our departure and NO SOLUTION was proposed to us. Worse, our second rental with this company was a disaster, nothing worked in the van (no refrigerator, no water and electricity) and still after hours on the phone, the company knew nothing do and after multiple emails, we still have no answer and no financial compensation, this is a SHAME.

Do not rent or regret. Shocking the worse rental company. Cars in very bad shape and dirty. When i asked to fix head light i was told i don’t need light and broken air conditioning will not affect my driving in 35’C heat, the person who told me this was obviously mental.

I needed a way to get from Melbourne to Sydney, so I called Travelwheels few days before and I got a Relocation.
The flight would have cost me arround $200 with boardbag... the relocation was $5 a day, so $10 and I got $100 fuel allowance. What a deal!!! So I saved $190. Thanks to the nice german staff that helped me really quick on the phone, everything was easy. The Van was easy to drive and I had no problems at all.

Me and my parents had a 5 Person Campervan for 3 weeks von Sydney to Cairns. The german friendly staff helped me with the booking and at the pick up they explained everything to us. We had an amazing time in Australia and we felt in home in the Campervan. Everything you need is in the van, the beds are comfy and enough space. The additional drivers, sleepingbags and pillows, campingequipment and even chairs and a table for outdoors are included in the price. We had no problems with the van and can highly recommend Travelwheels!

Fantastic service from Travelwheels, from picking up the campervan everyone was very helpful and gave me some great tips for my journey down the East Coast and back. They even let me take a road map book from their office to use for my trip.
The camper van was just perfect, plenty of space, very clean, every thing you need for your trip in the camper is provided, everything was clean and spotless inside.
Once on My two week trip, the van was very reliable, and I had no problem at all. First class service by all at Travelwheels.. Keep up the good work

I can't thank Travelwheels enough for their service on mine and my girlfriend's first road trip in Australia! I used their guide to plan our route, used some of the campsites they'd recommended and also emailed the office if I ever had a question. Nothing was too much trouble for the team.

I loved the van! I thought it was really well kitted out (people on campsites would stop and admire the inside) and most importantly i got a great night's sleep - every night!

We had fantastic trip in our travelwheels campervan. Hiring from Sydney we headed south. Very easy to find the campervan collection point. Really helpful staff who pointed out some awesome places for us too travel. We really great value for the van and would for sure use this service again next time I visit. Scrap the house/flat/backpackers travel and grab a campervan too hit the open road...

We booked a Hi-top for 3 weeks In Sydney and went all the way up to Brisbane and back and even went to Jervis Bay!! We had no issues at all with the vehicle, it was an amazing time and we could not be happier about choosing Travelwheels for our road trip! The guys at the office whe picking up are lovely and gave us all information needed! They even went out of their way helping us to register for the toll roads! Thanks Travelwheels for this great service and we will book again for sure when we are ready for another adventure!!

We went to Jervis Bay for a weekend (also highly recommend) the van was awesome, seats and bed were so comfy and kept us nice and warm in the early spring! Everything was also super clean!!!!
