Hello ?
Can anyone recommend Turner Freeman for medical negligence against a hospital? I’ve had my case closed by another firm who dragged it over a year and only responded if I chased them up. Wasted a whole 13 months dealing with them .
Not sure about medical negligence. They are known for workers comp. Depends who you get at any solicitor firm. Go in knowing what you want, ask for a realistic time frame and outcome. First conference is free, worth a go. Make sure you get everything IN WRITING prior to proceeding, having thoroughly read all documentation. Good luck

I had a recommendation re Stacks Goudkamp. However, I found the manner of one of their senior associates to be quite difficult which made me quite uneasy to deal with that particular S.A.
Is it possible to request another S.A / lawyer to deal with in that same firm ?
