On our third in 7 months. 1st had a loud squeak that couldn't get rid of. They replaced it. The 2nd one completely collapsed with my daughter and I hitting the ground very hard. Very dangerous. The company didn't know why it completely collapsed. They replaced it again. I'm going to buy another brand as I have no trust in Valco. Was told it's the best and also most expensive but quality is a disgrace.

Not a bad chair but not worth the price tag of 580. The craftmanship is very basic for the high cost and quite cheap screws dont line up nothing really fits perfect and the zips are cheap and bust very easily. Comfortable And gets the job done but bottom line way over priced for what you get
