If the secondary power switch is in the On position i would suggest to have the Tv assessed by a repair agent.

There are buttons on the TV which can power on the TV.
You can also purchase a new remote on the Viano website.

We have sound but no picture. I’ve turned it off and on and get a faint logo then nothing. Is it dead?
