Dissatisfaction

published

Purchased this stove hood in Feb 2018, had it installed by licensed electrician in April. It has burned up 3 motors since, one lasting 6 hrs and the other two lasting between 2 and 3 hours. They offer to send more new replacement motors but this is ridiculous. The light works beautifully so don't see how its my electrical that is the problem. This thing is a hunk of junk. I would give it a minus 10 on quality and they say I can't get my money returned. Don't know what else to do except voice my dissatisfaction. Virginia Mowery

Disappointing

published

We recently purchased this product as a replacement for a WRJ600UW which had a single motor and eventually failed after many years of use. After reading the reviews here I was convinced that in purchasing the WRJ603UW I would have a superior product. Unfortunately, although it undoubtedly has superior drawing power, the noise levels in our open plan kitchen / dining room with it on, are intolerable. It is impossible to have any sort of conversation, hear the radio or TV. We can only run it briefly, so it really does not serve its purpose. I am very disappointed.

Good value for money

published

This is good value for money. It has a powerful twin motor. However, this produces a bit more noise than single motors, however it is worth it for the extra air moved. The vent is 120mm, but the system in our house is 100mm. Some other exhaust fan products have an adapter, but I had to make do with duct taping the gap between the two pipes.
powerful motor, good value for money
slightly more noisy, 120mm vent,

I really like this range-hood. It looks good on the wall and extracts most fumes from the hotplates below, it is fairly quiet and even works well on the lower speeds . The range-hood also has a nice bright light and seems easy to clean with metal mesh filters which pop out easily for cleaning.
We bought this recently and I am surprised how quiet it is compared to the one it replaced...and it actually works!! We have ducted this range-hood to an outside wall and it does work very well at extracting fumes as I have stood at the outside wall watching steam pouring out from inside...most impressed.
Wish it had come with a ducting kit as I had to buy one from Bunnings and it took a lot of converting and messing around trying to get it to fit.

I've had this range hood for a little over a year, and I've had no problems with it. It looks good, is easily cleaned, and although it's a little noisy, it performs reasonably well.
This range hood looks good in the kitchen and does an adequate job.
Can be a little noisy at times.

Great product. It looks good on the wall and extracts fumes well. The range-hood Works well as a night light when filling baby bottles in the middle of the night and clean easily with metal mesh filters which pop out easily for cleaning. Purchased and installed just on 3 weeks ago - so far so good.
peforms well, looks good with my white appliances. cleans easily. .
