Bought this yesterday and tried it last night. The handle is easy to grip and it has a non slip feature so that it sits well on the bench top. The instructions are written on the side of the box and are really easy to follow. Its just a matter of drawing the knife through each stage of the sharpener 3-4 times in each stage. I had always been put off with knife sharpeners thinking that it would be a bit of a chore to use but this was really easy and the knives were definitely a lot sharper. It suggests sharpening your knives before every use, I don't think ill do that but I will definitely sharpen then regularly because this is so simple and effective.
