XE are the best transfer business I've used. They have the best rates and service. They are fast and courteous. Always extremely professional. Would reccomend XE to anyone wanting to transfer currency

Do not go with them! I sent $200 equivalent to Malaysia- receiver was suppose to get around 550 in local currency but only 446 was deposited into the account. After reading other reviews I discovered that many many others also had similar issues. Iv use WU and my bank prior and always the correct amount was deposited. XE is a ripp off!!!!

I am transferring money to India for past 7 years. Used XE for first time and when I transferred 250$ (to test how it goes) as per XE I will get 11456 INR but I received only got 10630 INR almost 17$ less. Called XE and they said bank in India has charged but I never seen anything like that when I transfer from Western Union or Remit2India. Their rate is even less than Western Union and others.

Raised a complaint and didn't get any ticket no or any update after that and I am disappointed with XE.

XE is a website where everyone take reference but really disappointed with the way my transfer went and will never transfer through XE again. Luckily I was testing and didn't send more money from XE.

Beware of the No confirmation scam. When checking the rates it created a transaction or multiple transactions and contracts. Forcing you to pay multiple transfer fees for one transaction. Beware! Similar to others who has put a review here. Untrustworthy.

When I created a transaction, the website did not tell or show any how and how much fee when I want to cancel the transaction. Now I have to pay large amount of fee to to cancel transaction. So I am very disappointed the service.

Do NOT use their service. It is fraud. I tried to send USD90K to Hong Kong for business purpose, but they couldn't send the money and the money was returned to me 22days later. And they deducted $10 for fee. It was such a nightmare until the money was returned to me. One of most horrible experience in my life!

Very bad experience. The money took almost 13 days to get to the recipient and it was received 13% less than transferred amount. I used XE because I thought it is cheaper than WU but I was wrong. First and last time to use XE. Not recommended at all.

I created an account yesterday, after being quoted a better transfer rate than the last company I used. No spam callers, sent the money from the UK to their named account, they confirmed receipt by text and email. I received the money into my Aus account today. Perfect, no hassle transfer, easy, quick and painless. Would def recommend and use again. I do not review products or services unless I am very happy !

I transferred some money and got 7% less than what was confirmed by XE. This is total scam. not using this service anymore. They also do not provide any details of what the other transactions costs where neither they are capable of finding that for you. Remeber what it shows on the screen is not you will get finally into your bank account. Use Transferwise or even Western Union much better.

We transferred from New Zealand to Australia. Sent the order Friday night, electronically transferred our money to XE on Saturday morning and had the cash in our Aus bank account by lunch on Monday. So easy to use. The customer support was exceptional (this was our first time so we had a few questions). Did not loose a cent to any other fees, the exchange rate was a lot better than the bank. I would recommend to my family and friends.

I made a fund transfer on Wednesday, on Friday afternoon they sent a request asking me to provide more information which Immediately did. Now after almost 2 weeks, after multiple follow ups, they still cannot provide me an accurate answer on when would the fund be released. No proper tracking at their end, once the fund is held by intermediary bank, this is it. I keep having to ask my recipients to check the fund everyday.
Worst customer experience ever! Should have trusted the negative review before deciding to transfer with them, go with another provider, I would probably be able to make 4 different transfers during the period.

Use Transferwise much better forex rates than PayPal, xe etc. DON'T EVEN THINK OF USING BIG 4 BANKS FOR FOREX THEY WILL RIP YOU LIKE ANYTHING. I pity people who are unknowingly being ripped by these banks at all levels be it forex rates, hidden charges, interest rates, annual fees and what not.

First time user, tried to transfer $300 to my niece in New Zealand. I made transferinto their account, 3 days later i recieved an email from them requiring reciepients passport details? What for, it's a suprise present to her, why do you need her passport details and why should I submit her private passport detils to you?. Now 5 days later i want my money back. They are dragging their feet not to refund my money. still waiting for the refund

After a less than satisfactory experience trying to set up an account with InstaReM a friend recommended that I try XE Money Transfer. I was able to set up my account easily and arrange the transfer and at all stages during the transfer process I was kept informed by either email or SMS. The funds reached the designated account within four business days so I will definitely use them again when I need to transfer money overseas. The negative reviews I have read are at complete odds with my experience with XE Money so I would recommend that you try their service and then make up your own mind.
