We are sorry to hear that your poodle has pancreas problems. 4Legs products are not low in fat, they are formulated as a mass market product for healthy, active dogs that require and use the fat for energy. On our All Natural meatballs packaging we provide our minimum crude fat content which is 8% on an "as is" basis. The actual crude fat content is typically very close the this amount but a specialised low-fat wet food product has only around 2-3% fat. Many people look to compare a specialised low-fat dry food with ours (a low-fat dry food might have 8% fat) but they are different because all of the moisture has been extracted.

So, unfortunately our products are not suitable for your poodle. We wish the best for his ongoing health - hopefully you find a low fat product he likes!

Dear Pam,
We provide a broad feeding guide on all of our all natural packs. There is also a 'feeding guide' tab next to each of our products on the All Natural page of our website here: http://4legs.com.au/products/all_natural.php.

We would recommend feeding a 9kg pug 170g - 190g per day if 4Legs is the sole meal for your pug. If you feed another product as well, please take this into consideration.

It is important to remember that like humans, dogs (even of the same size and breed) may metabolise their food differently. For this reason we cannot guarantee this guide will suit your dog. Please monitor your dog's weight and adjust the feeding amount accordingly.

The roll-caps are however still in stock. When you see this notification, please select the button that says: "Continue to register for a Roll Cap". You will need to input the full barcode number from one of our 4Legs roll products. So make sure you have one on hand! Unfortunately the 4Legs Active+ Nutrition 1kg Roll for small dogs and puppies (the product you are talking about) has been discontinued. Due to a lack of interest from retailers we can no longer continue to produce the roll. We invite you to submit a request at your local supermarket to get it ranged back in! Complete the form and we will send you our a free lid to use with your 4Legs products. As you use both the roll and the tray, you will need to complete the form twice.
