Hopeless.

I mean, it cleans my clothes ok and it’s not too loud. But it seems to just crash if I try a hot cycle, it crashes during spin drying, it crashes randomly. I return to the thing beeping with the screen saying “EE” which I presume is error. It can’t handle a large load even if it fits in the drum, so lots of towels is a no. And the spin cycle is hopeless... clothes always come out DRENCHED which makes it hard for me to use the dryer.

Never empties all water

published

Wife bought this 1 month ago .... after washing you can push the tub around and hear a lot of water still in machine ... even after second spin ... go away for a week and YES that smell is the stale water from machine in laundry ....
water auto sensor level crap and have to use heavy duty in order to get max level cannot do it on normal wash . Would not recommend. Get store to show you one in use after spin and turn the tub manually inside to hear that dirty water that will sit in tub

I can't find a spin-only function and have a feeling there isn't one, which is very annoying to say the least.

I think you are right Judy, although I have a memory of just spinning, but I may be confusing memories with my previous machine.

Judy have found it. Use the Program button until it comes to spin on its own.

Is there a fabric softener dispenser I’m not seeing? 6kg top loader.

No there isn't, would have been a good addition. There is a sound when it is time to add it during the wash but you need to be in the laundry to hear it, so not very useful.
