Awesome washing machine
Purchased this thru Appliances Online who once again offered awesome and fast service.
Bang for buck this is an amazing washing machine, the only issue, our old washing machine was 8.5kg capacity, this seems about the same size, only reason ive given 4 stars and not 5. :(

This machine is an utter waste of money
My Simpson washing machine of 15 years broke down recently and I decided to purchase this Esatto 10kg top loader based on the glowing reviews on this site. I purchased it from Appliances Online for $600. I wasnt expecting a 5 star machine for such a price given that the average for a name brand model is $1000. However, I was shocked by how bad this machine really is and cannot see why anyone would write such good reviews when the machine is down right awful.

Read moren your pants. Yet it still split the two zippers, and pulled out the cords right out of the joggers. I also found all the bra pads loose from the bras. It does not have a delicate wash cycle, which is strange. Every machine I had researched has an option for delicate washing of some sort. Clothing comes out extra wrinkled. I can accept some ironing, but in comparison to my 15 year old washer, I have to iron practically everything washed in this machine. Despite putting in softener, the clothing does not come out smelling fresh. For some reason the softener does not come out of the softener container, so this looks like a design flaw. There is no compartment for putting in bleach either.Purchased in August 2021 at Appliances Online for $599.

Excellent so far
This was my first washing machine purchased and I love it so far. It doesn’t have that middle part that most top loaders do so it is really easy to remove the clothes. It does have a noise but its not bad. Perfect size and easy to use, Has a glass top so you can see whats going on, would definitely recommend.

Love it my favourite appliance
Love the size, firstly i can wash our queen size quilts in it with no troubles.
The design is great the glass lid is great to check on it the wash.
The controls are easy to use and the fast cycle for a full load only takes 25mins love it .

I have just got the 10kg top loader . Just not sure what side the washing liquid goes in only two compartments im used to three . One has blue tjing in and other opens up at back which is which any help appreciated thanks
Hi Amy, Thanks for your question. The compartment at the rear is for the detergent and the other compartment is for liquid additives such as fabric softener. Thanks.
