I have been a customer of Allbids for over 15 years.
The staff have always been respectful helpful and amiable. Very easy to deal with. So from my first purchase (which can not remember what it was to my last but probably IT related) I have never been disappointed by the service options of payments etc. It is a pity not all businesses conduct themselves with their customers the way ALL BIDS does.

Reputable product, good price

No problems purchasing through ALLBIDS. Although the Cisco switch was used (ex-government) the product was in good condition, and worked as expected. Being an older device the price was very good and amply meets my requirement. Payment was easy and the pick up of the product efficient.

I occasionally buy from ALLBIDS, I like the way the item descriptions, for the items I've bought, have been accurate and more importantly mentions all faults they have found. Their payment options are easy and under the Covid 19 regulations their pickup regime is not hard.

After some persistent bidding over a few days, I eventually got what I wanted at a good price. pick-up is generally a simple process but with the covid19 its only a small inconvience to walk away happy thanks to the staff at allbids

I was a first time vendor on Allbids. Most of the reviews seem to be from buyers.
Staff were very friendly and helpful when I dropped things off for sale. It was a very convenient way of selling items I no longer wanted. The price obtained for some items was much less than I had hoped - but then this makes it a good site for buyers!
My one criticism is that, although I received email notification as each item was listed for online auction, I received no advice on the outcome of the auctions. Two email inquires about the outcomes went unanswered and it was only after I phoned Allbids that I was able to find out that all items had been sold and get an email listing the results.

Love ALLBIDS - my new favourite online shop!

I love these guys - have always found them to be very helpful, especially in holding items for me just a little longer as I live on the Far South Coast and can't always get there in time to collect ... they're always happy to answer my questions and generally are great to deal with. Plus, the bargains that can be had are simply awesome. Have now purchased 5 items from them, totalling over $4,000 (including a motorbike which was in great condition and an absolute bargain). I would highly recommend these guys - except that I don't want too many people to know as then there are too many people to outbid you!!! :) Keep up the great work and fantastic service!

I have been both buying and selling through Allbids for at least ten years and have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. They always have a great attitude when you call in to the warehouse, no matter whether you are collecting a purchase, dropping off goods for sale or just checking out what is coming up in the next few weeks. When selling goods, they really do try to promote your items and to get the best selling environment possible. I would highly recommend them.

I found the place by accident while buying engineering supplies from next door. I saw an old desk I liked, so I bid online and won. The staff are so good - nothing is too difficult. They helped to load it into my car and answered all my questions with patience and charm.

This is a model business - there should be more like it.

Do people selling vehicles put a reserve price on them?

Hi Jason,

No, we do not allow reserves. If a seller wants a reserve, we suggest they use a fixed price site. A genuine auction site puts its items to auction and whoever the highest bidder is, pays the full price plus the buyers premium.

Hello my name is Jane I would like to purchase a car online from allbids sight unseen. Having a look at the vehicle is tricky considering I am over 500 km's away. I realise if I did make a purchase I would be taking a huge risk and trying to decide if that risk is worth taking or not. We try to describe the vehicles as best we can so you can feel comfortable in your purchase. However we don't own the vehicles nor are we mechanics so we do our best to provide as much information as we can. You are more than welcome to organize a mechanic to come and inspect the vehicle during our open hours, and please make sure you read through the description thoroughly as not to miss any circuital info. Hi Joanne, selling a vehicle with us is extremely simple. All we need is proof of ownership (registration papers). When you bring the vehicle in our Car Manager will have a word with you to gain further knowledge of the vehicle, service history etc. We will provide a detailed description of the vehicle, take photos and list unreserved online. Once the vehicle has been paid for, we transfer funds to your nominated account. To list a car on our platform the fee is $275, payable upfront.
