I bought this bed to combat the pain I was experiencing every morning because of my old one. I’ve never been more pleased with a large purchase in my life!! It was easy to assemble and it’s quite as a mouse on massage. It has changed the way I sleep and the way I wake up! Thank you so very much for giving me an experience I can call ‘heavenly’. This bed is wonderful!

My wife had a complex 8 hour surgery on her spine in January 2011,and had many rods and screws put in . we seldom had a good nights sleep. I was afraid to get close and the bed was a fixed queen size.
after seeing your ad on television we decided to order a twin king size.
Your delivery contractor removed the old bed and installed the twin king Bambillo without any fuss.
the Bambillo bed has made a huge difference to both our well being. We were so pleased with the bed that two months later we purchased a second twin king Bambillo bed and had it installed in the house in ou hoppy farm 100km from Perth by the same delivery contractor.
We are extremely happy with the product and the service.

Very disappointed with the company, product not as advertised but serviceable. however when I tried to cancel delivery on another item, they quoted reams of technical reasons I would not be getting a refund. and cut off communications with me, didn't get the product and didn't get the refund. I now have to go to the ACCC for a refund. very sad, they are great when talking you into the product but once they have you its all one way traffic for them. I didn't want to post on this forum but they left me little option.

Purchased this for my mother to help with posture and occasional back issues. So far mum can't stop talking about it, how it's comfortable, relieves ache and makes her want to have a lie-in all day! . Thank you TV Shop and Bambillo for such wonderful customer service! Will def recommend this bed and their service to others!

Everything was done by the delivery man till it started working. And i love the customer service experience after purchasing i had doubts and they have handle it so well. My dad love this bed as its so comfortable and help him a lot.

I’ve had my Bambillo bed since JUNE 2022.. I would recommend it to Everyone, The Massage is So relaxing & relieves pain anywhere on your body & to be able to tilt the bed in any position you’re comfortable with as I was recuperating from a long hospital stay this was the best investment I’ve made & the pillows are also comfortable to sleep on, thank you again for installing the Bed for me on the same day as Delivery..I’m very happy with it & recommenced it to a friend who also purchased one

If you're looking for a great bed, this is it. Makes you not want to get up in the morning though. It's that comfortable. I just love this bed!!! Worth it!

We were unsure what to expect from the bed but we can happily say we have never slept better. My wife has back problems and she said to me “Look I am walking straight.”

My experience from beginning to end was very good. From the phone call to setting up and use. It’s so easy to set up. And I love my new bed. I love all the features, I love the massage, I love the zero gravity setting, I love everything about it. I recommend it 100%.

Yes, bed a bit creaky whilst getting to the desired setting, but nothing too worrying. Elderly couple we purchased in 2022 king singles. Absolutely pleased with the purchase. Asked if we wanted high or low legs, choose high. On second thoughts wished we had chosen the low. Bedding a miss match of sizes and didn’t like quality., but excellent pillows. Bed so, so, comfortable and warm in winter, cool in summer. Very satisfied.

I suffer from various health issues to do with anxiety and insomnia ... this wonderful relaxing bed helps me have a restful sleep ... I just press the setting I want and before i know it I'm asleep ... Its a wonderful relief after years of broken sleep prior to getting my bed ... my husband and I have no partner disturbance and it is easily asembled by two people ... an easy payment plan is available .... I highly recommend this bed

I have arthritis in my back, I thought this bed would relieve the pain after watching your commercials, unfortunately my back is much worse after sleeping on the bed and I paid $3500.00 for it. Not Happy at all unfortunately.

Bed was delivered and installed on time. It works well for me and relieves ache. Had few query regarding payment but was resolved by staff efficiently. I will recommend to use their service to others.

the bed really very comfortable. There was no issue with assembly as it was done by the installation team I had to do nothing, very easy. very happy with it

Find the bambillo great very comfortable have had it over a year and every thing works as it should

As time goes by mattress is sagging .. not sure what to do... hopefully As See on TV can be of help.. if not I might have to packing foam or something under mattress? a lot of money this should not be happening.. when we bought bed it was great but I cannot recommend it

No more back ache, no creaking and no need massaging. Every night is a perfect night. I like to sleep high head and this bed is perfect for us. Every penny we spent is worth it.

Awesome beds, I sleep in the zero gravity setting and my husband sleeps normally. Can’t live without them...we use single sheets on the bases and a king sheet over us... perfect!!!!
