Harass won’t stop calling, I have asked them several times to stop. One time I phoned them to ask them to stop and the guy being smart said you phoned us and just kept repeating that from Kyneton branch after they sent me a sms. I don’t live anywhere near Kyneton. Another phone call today. I went for a free consult 12 months ago and the tester said I was right for another 2 to 3 years and I have had a minimum of 10 phone calls in 12 months.
Bad service
I tried returning a call from head office and there recording said that there was less than a 3 minute waiting time,Will someone from head office please ring me back on 0424 994 278 Marilyn

Service above and beyond expectation
3 Mayember, needed to replace broken sport lock tails in my older hearing aids. Not available in stock in Ipswich branch, but Client Advisor TJ Barton was visiting and offered to mail some from her home branch. None there either, but TJ searched other branches until she located some, and I received them on 10 Mayember, 7 days after initial request. TJ Barton is a Service Legend. Thanks. Rob Edwardson

Late for appointment
I had an appointment for 0930. I arrived early and was still waiting at 0940. I received multiple texts and emails confirming the time of the appointment. Therefore I expected amplifon to be on time. But no. So they won't get my business worth thousands of dollars.

Well am very happy with them seeing I got them on NDIS, better than Benefon and they are actually comfortable, service they offer was great for an Epping Victoria store and they where helpful, they tried to upgrade me, but I don't have the financial means, but for a basic pair, I would recommend then, sound is great, but still have trouble with certain words, also I had the volume reduced, as there hearing software recommend the sound to load .

Wasted $1,800
Have had ITE aids for several years I went back to Amplifon under my service contract to have one that hadn't worked for a year fixed & one cleaned. One had to be sent away. Previous audiologist at same shop should have done this a year ago. Was strongly urged to get a new $1,800 BTE set as they would be "so much better". After a week, revisit for more adjustment. There's nothing about them that is "so much better" than the old ITE aids supplied for free (by Medicare?). In fact, they are worse in every respect. Even TV & radio sounds so much worse and is unintelligible. A wasted $1,800. A refund claim has been made.

I have just received a letter from Amplifon and want to know how they got my full name and address. I have never dealt with them. So much for respecting my privacy, is someone on selling my details to a third party. Not good enough Amplifon and I will make a point of never dealing with you.

Attended Amplifon Wonthaggi Victoria 3995 Australia to have hearing aids cleaned, tubes replaced and adjusted in June this year. I was told by a rather arrogant woman that nothing could be done to improve my existing hearing aids and she refused to to replace tubes and clean. The whole time she was telling me my existing aids of 4 years were inferior and I should purchase new very expensive aids from them. I am a 72 year old pensioner and have only limited finance so

Poor qaulity
As with everything these days QA/QC has departed. Purchased two hearing aids, within several weeks one has failed.No replacement offered, has to be returned to who ever for repair, poor customer service for the amount of money spent

I received an unsolicited letter for a free hearing test, personalised with my full name and residential address throughout the letter. I never signed up for this and I NEVER give out my residential address. So where did you get my personal information from huh? NAME YOUR SOURCE AMPLIFON!!!
I'll be making a formal complaint to the Privacy Commissioner and you can deal with them. You've essentially hacked my personal data so I'll be treating you like the criminals that you are.

Why are your hearing aids so expensive compared with other providers in Australia? Even with Govt subsidy and private health insurance, a Age pension Card and senior's card even the Smart level RIC aids still have a cost of $2689.70 to the client. The essential level are totally inappropriate for elderly seniors who deserve a quality hearing experience.
I would never use these people.. Just the amount of tv ads makes it more expensive and they pester innocent people to get a test.. I will be as deaf as apost and would never use them
