While ordering and paying for this product (Floating Betta Exercise Mirror) was easy through Aquatic Supplies Australia and delivery was quick, I was very disappointed in the product itself. I had it all of 5 minutes before it broke. I followed the instructions and rinsed it but the mirror broke off from the floating ball before I even got to use it so I was very disappointed. I messaged Aquatic Supplies Australia requesting a replacement or refund. They were very quick to get back to me and I was happy to accept a replacement.
