While ordering and paying for this product (Floating Betta Exercise Mirror) was easy through Aquatic Supplies Australia and delivery was quick, I was very disappointed in the product itself. I had it all of 5 minutes before it broke. I followed the instructions and rinsed it but the mirror broke off from the floating ball before I even got to use it so I was very disappointed. I messaged Aquatic Supplies Australia requesting a replacement or refund. They were very quick to get back to me and I was happy to accept a replacement. I was very happy with their quick response and for having the issue sorted. Thank you.

I stumbled upon this shop online looking for supplies for my reptile as our local stores doesn't have many products in this area. I will never buy from another place again! A couple of weeks back, I ordered some assorted bits to get me out of trouble for the holidays. There was a slight delay with shipping. Dropped them an email to check on the delivery and got a response from Simone no more than 5 minutes later. She explained that the fires in Canberra were playing havoc with Australia Post and that she would keep me updated. She followed up with two emails ( out of hours) to keep me in the loop. Very bad, took longer then said they would, parts were damaged and it just took forever. Very disappointed in quality of product better off going to your local aquarium rather then this and waste the money on derlivery thats takes longer then a week

When ordering from Aquatic Supplies, you are given in depth knowledge of what you are buying and great easy to find reviews on products. On the website it says orders before 1 pm are shipped the same day and I find even at a respectable time after 1 o'clock the same still goes. I don't live on the mainland and everything arrives next day which is beyond impressive. Not to mention the customer service is personal and incredible.

I live in metro brisbane and I get my items in 3 days and their prices for example a 500 ml bottle of a product is roughly the same price as a 250ml bottle the same brand as I can buy it retail from petbarn who are rip off merchants and Im sorry I didnt work it out earlier as I would have save quite a lot of money
