This is only me second order with Aquatic Supplies and I was very impressed with the service and prompt delivery of my first order. Other companies I have dealt with in the past promise, prompt delivery and some times it takes two weeks to get your order.

Bought this filter about 2 weeks ago. It arrived in three days very safely packed.

It does an AWESOME job. Was worried because my old pump packed it in when I had/have baby marine snails and bristlenose catfish in the tank. Although only 70 litres within 2 days had agitated and cleaned even the detritus off the the gravel bed.

Products arrived next day to (wa). They were packed very securly and everything was exactly as I had requested. The manager makes contact via email thanking you for your business and open to feedback and and questions. This is a quality of service that's died out in most retail.

Everything arrived quickly, as advertised, and customer service replies swiftly. I ordered heavy goods with live goods, and was quickly contacted and informed I would need to pay an extra delivery invoice. I was fine with this, as it was clearly advertised on the products appropriate pages. It was all set up for me and I effectively only had to do one touch to approve the transaction.

Fantastic experience with Aquatic Supplies, the website itself is user friendly and they stock a huge range of fish products.
