Firstly, thank you Harry for delivering our new mattresses. He was on time, texted before he arrived & with ease placed the mattresses . Also he took the plastic covering for recycling.

We’d been shopping around at expensive and poorly-reviewed mattress places when we remembered a friend had recommended (raved about) Ausbeds. Was impressed by the prices and reviews online, went in-store to try the mattress and was happy to recieve honest, informative and friendly service. I had my mattress delivered the next day (for free!) and Harry was personable and helpful. The text notification of delivery time was very accurate too, which is appreciated. The mattress is wonderful - I’ve been taking extra naps because I don’t ever want to get out of bed! Overall, thoroughly impressed, hard to believe it actually lived up to the stellar reviews we heard but it did!! Will happily recommend Ausbeds to anybody and everybody :-)

Great mattress and excellent service from Harry and the team. Delivery was same day as the order which was placed at 1pm. We will definitely use Ausbeds in the future.

After looking at all the usual expensive store available mattresses, ausbeds was a breath of fresh air. Karl was really helpful ...no pushy sales here! Think the mattresses speak for themselves..top quality and comfort at an affordable price. Ben managed the delivery with no fuss messaging to say he was on his way. No waiting around...they delivered at a time of my choice. So happy with purchase of a sienna king single for teenager.
