Received a call back for a loan enquiry, the operator spoke way too fast as if it was just another call to meet their quota. Referd to another lending site to answer the same questions again. You must have property or don't bother.

Services advertised but dont exsist
Site states Startups apply. This is untrue as a need to make revenue before any assistance! Once again exploiting the Australian guidelines and Australian consumers. Australians need to provided with clear business services and not addicting unrelated services to sites.

Terrible communication
The biggest problem with ALC is you don't deal with one person. It goes from the person you deal with on the phone, to the person who collects the documents, to the person who processes the documents to the person who reviews the documents (as far as I know they could all be the same person using different names and email addresses) and you really don't know who you are dealing with at any time.
Firstly they were unable to send emails to my email address. I had to provide them with another email they could send to.

Saved my life!
I was in such a tight spot. I tried the banks for a personal loan and they all rejected me because I didn't have a credit history to my name because I just started working and paying bills with my name on them.
