Horrible service. Would recommend a hand full of other online stores over this one. Paid an extra $20 for express delivery on a Tuesday didn’t receive item until following Wednesday. When I called to ask why this was the case I was told “it is what it is” and there was nothing they could do about it. Poor service when comparing t other online stores. On same day went through a much more professional store (AussieFitness) item was purchased on the exact same day an hour apart and received that item on the Thursday. Do not recommend store to anyone and would not shop again.

Numerous times when going in store to buy protein supps, local store is out of stock of smaller quantity products, with usual line of "stock will be in tomorrow". They always have larger quantities available. Not sure if this is a tactic to sell higher priced items, or to force people to order online and charge shipping fee...hmmm.

Having said that, usually good customer service, but depends who you get on the day.
