Leaks make them useless
I bought two of these bottles thinking they would save space in my bag and time when making formula on the go. Unfortunately they leak so much they are completely useless. I contacted bbox and they sent me several lots of replacement parts all of which leaked just as badly. Waste of money

Looks great but looks can be deceiving
Leaks, leaks, leaks! I thought these bottles would be great particularly with the innovative formula dispenser but they are more trouble than anything. The bottle is designed with a removable top and bottom and it is very difficult to get the fit right when putting the bottle together. Even worse is when you add the dispenser which is a great idea but just adds to the woes of this bottle. s is what originally sold me on these bottles as it works perfectly during the demo naturally) but I am yet to have success. You don't know if it's going to leak until it's too late and you, your baby and the floor are left wet and smelling of formula. I was going to use these bottles with the formula dispenser for when out and about but they are now my last resort for just at home which is a shame as they were quite expensive in the scheme of things. Shape of the bottle is great and funky colours. Unreliable due to leaking issues, expensive.

Looks fantastic, performance not great.
I have been using these bottle soley for 12 weeks. These bottles look the part. The curved shape allows baby to get every drop out without having to hold the bottle right up. Because both the top and the bottom come off these bottles you unscrew both to clean and sterilise.
It can take quite a knack to get the bottom screwed back on properly and the majority of the time there are small spaces in between the bottle and the bottom 'cap' where water can accumulate, especially if you are heating or cooling the bottle the old school way so when ...Read more
you go to feed baby the water will drip out of the spaces and run down your arm and drip on you and the baby. I used to take the time to swap and change the bottoms until I got the right fit but I gave up as it takes a long time. The tops can also be deceiving, thinking you have screwed the lid on properly you will shake the bottle and you will lose a lot of the contents as it gushes out on you and the floor. I have used the connecting dispensers twice. The first time when I was screwing the dispenser I accidently pushed the release part so some of the powder leaked out and into the bottle. The 2nd time I was really careful to do it properly and when I went to use the bottle water had actually leaked into the dispenser. I now use a seperate dispenser container. These bottles are very time consuming for me which makes it difficult with a hungry newborn. Visually impressive, modern, sleek, fun. Poor fit, unreliable, time consuming.

I emailed the company directly and they offered to send me a new one. Since I had two and they both leaked, I told them I wasn't interested in a third. They let me choose another product for the same value.

They did mention there was some trouble with a batch, and they knew of the problem and were happy to help! They really are helpful, just give them a call or send an email, they got back to me, same day, and I returned the faulty bottles, reply paid, at no expense to me. Can not fault them with their fantastic service!
