I cannot agree more with the reviews about Babies n More on this website. My experience with this company was terrible, and I only wish I had placed a review much earlier, so others could have avoided dealing with them. The item I ordered was incorrectly described, so I received a much smaller version than I expected. When I tried to return the item, they said they do not give refunds. They denied having described the item incorrectly, but also changed the advertisement after my complaint! The Office of Fair Trading was unable to help me, which I think is terrible considering this company clearly continues to mislead consumers.

I ordered a cubby and kitchen from babies n more. They initially contacted to say it would take longer anticipated to deliver due to the size of the products. I have had no contact since. I have emailed 3 times and attempted to call. The phone goes straight to engaged signal. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased!
I will be doing what others have done and be attempting a refund. It has been well over 4 weeks since I have heard from them.

Worst company ever to deal with almost 8 weeks & still no product. Emailed 3weeks later they said they'll follow up. 7 weeks on & unresponsive to anymore communication won't answer phone & won't respond to emails. Wouldn't recommend buying from here even if they do come slightly cheaper. Spend $20 more & go through a more trusty reliable business. This so called business should be suspended & better yet shut down after reading other people having the same issues. Wish I read these reviews first but we always assume it won't happen to us but with this lot I say you if you get your product in the time they stipulate go buy yourself a lottery ticket.

I placed an order and was advised that once I'd paid that I would receive item in 1-2 business days. I tried calling the number on the website which either didn't connect or never answered and went dead after a few rings. Finally after waiting for 2 weeks I contacted my bank for a recovery of my funds and only after taking this action did I get an email, no apologies, just confirming the bank had been in contact and that it was now in the banks hands as to when I would receive my refund!

I too wish I had read these reviews. The website may be glossy but I wouldn't trust them!! I ordered an item they never had but they charged me immediately then emailed letting me know it was out of stock and would I like to wait for it. When I said I wanted a refund and followed up as I hadn't received it they said they had refunded the money. I didn't hear back and had to follow it up with my bank finally getting my money almost 3 months later. They never even apologised. I would strongly recommend to anyone thinking about buying from them to reconsider. I would never buy anything from them again and can't believe they can still be trading.

This company do not answer the phone, respond to emails, respond to Facebook messages. It has been 16 days and I am still waiting on this order. Also waiting on tracking advice. The ACCC need to shut these guys down! I am not waiting anymore. I am going to paypal to request a full refund. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I wish I had reviewed them before ordering! Disgraceful!

From getting a false tracking number to waiting over 2 weeks for any communication, this was by far the worst experience ever and I shop online all the time. I had to lodge and escalate a paypal claim before any contact was made. Their phone numbers ring out and messages ignored. I've been given another tracking number but skeptical whether i will receive my item or not. If you are to shop here PLEASE pay via paypal. Atleast you will get your money back!!

Terrible service as others have mentioned won't answer phone emails, ended up lodging claim with PayPal stay away from them! My daughters just wanted their toy prams. Buyer be ware!

Selected higher postage cost for 1-2 day delivery and product not received. Phone number provided on website was ALWAYS engaged and all emails to service dept were ignored. FINALLY 2 weeks after purchase somebody contacts me after I sent a message on Facebook 5 days previously.....no apologies, just excuses and they only got in touch because I threatened to go to PayPal etc. Please buy elsewhere this company is not worth it.

Do not buy from this company. We ordered a cot and mattress for our first baby, we paid for it and then spent months trying to chase the order down which she never sent. She just stopped communicating with us in the end. The company is now being investigated by the Office for Fair Trading and Choice Consumer Affairs.
