Cute and convenient
A safe to Australian Standards drop side was our main need when looking for a cot because I'm short. I thought Babyhood's was superior to others because it's a one handed action. I also wanted a good looking product and the Scandi-ish look was cute and modern, so I really liked that too.

THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER
Poor quality, awful customer service, irresponsible and rude personnel.
I have been in Australia for 6 years and never experienced something like this.

So in love with our cot
I feel in love with the bella cot over 2 years ago so when we knew we were having a baby I already knew what cot I was buying. It's beautiful visually and so well built. It was easy for my husband to put it together and the team at babyhood were super helpful and amazing to deal with. So recommended this cot and any babyhood products.

Awesome service and delivery to NZ !!!
Was in need of a stroller wheel and couldnt get a hold of one from in NZ so sourced overseas. Was lead to babyhood AUS and customer service was fantastic. Was super helpful and efficient! Shipping was a breeze and communication was amazing. Would highly recommend purchasing from them for any future need of baby accessories and items. Thank you all :)

Good sales pitch but couldn’t deliver on time!
Purchased pram from baby expo, was overall happy with product and sales pitch but advised sales consultant we needed pram by particular date - sales consultant said would be shipped and received by holiday date. We chatted in depth and his holidays and our upcoming holiday. Days went by and no tracking received. Rang 4 days later and was only being posted that day. Sales consultant blamed us and wouldn’t take any responsibility for his error in not putting “priority” on our paperwork. Nothing could be done and now we are going on a holiday with no stroller! Feel like we were sold a now pointless pram under false pretences. Disappointing for a family business. Would not have purchased if advised with correct information.
