Terrible Customer Service
The bag was good at first, zips completely damaged and unusable with the first year. Tried multiple times to contact for a return, very slow and poor responses. Had to pay yo return the bag for repair myself and now they have lost the bag all together and refusing to replace it. do not purchase from this company.

DAMAGED AFTER USING SHORT PERIOD OF TIME!!
After a short period of using the bag I purchased, the handle of the bag has become damaged. It's important to note that I use the bag, mostly on weekends, which makes the extent of the damage even more surprising. Adding to my frustration, the communication process with their customer service team has proven to be slow and less than satisfactory. It took multiple emails from my end to obtain a response.

As a consumer, I place great importance on the quality of products and the service experience, and unfortunately, my experience with your brand has fallen short of my expectations.

As a new mother, I was looking for a stylish and functional bag to carry all my baby's essentials when I came across the M&B. Lyla luxury baby bag. After using it for a few weeks, I can confidently say that it is worth every penny!

I recently purchased the luxury Ivy baby bag from M&B. and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! As a new mother, I was looking for a stylish and practical bag to carry all of my baby's essentials, and this bag exceeded all of my expectations.

Very poor Customer Service and Quality Bag.
Bag 3 months old and falling apart.
The order was incorrect, my daughter contacted M&B several times with very poor response,( at least 4/5 emails later) they then sent the incorrect bag and would not send out the correct bag, after many conversations pointing out their error, they finally they said they would send it, it still hasn’t arrived. ( child now 3 months old) My daughter has had to use the bag received due to birth of child. Product received also very poor quality and definitely not leather, very poor smooth “leather” (not textured as ordered) Looks and feels more like vinyl. Definitely not what was paid for. Disappointing start to having a first child.

I ordered the Chloe bag and I love absolutely EVERYTHING about it!! I love the fact that it can fit dozens of baby stuff inside and it looks very stylish. Also, the customer service is SUPER helpful and responsive I could literally hug the person(s) behind the emails (they went way and beyond to help me get my Chloe asap). Overall, my buying experience is just wonderful and the Chloe bag is the most beautiful nappy bag Ive ever seen. Go get one I promise you wont regret it.

Perfectly Functional
I started looking for the ideal baby bag as soon as I learned I was expecting my second child this year. I had already purchased another baby bag from a popular brand, but wanted something more sophisticated this time. Finding M&B. changed everything, without a doubt. I bought the Lyla in Black after seeing it on their instagram, such a gorgeous bag! I've already started stocking it with hospital essentials in preparation for bubs arrival. My best new mum purchase to date!
The bag and the service that wen't with it was outstanding. I was hesitant to purchase at first from an online brand, there's so many out there which makes choosing one without seeing in person pretty tough.
I am however so glad I went with M&B. I asked like a million questions of the support team and they answered everyone and really helped me find the perfect bag for me. As a new mum there is so so so much on the wish list and some of it is trial and error, I'm just glad I was able get my perfect baby bag first time!

Total rip off! VERY CHEAP AND NASTY QUALITY
Couldn't have been more disappointed in a company! Iv had my bag for less then 1 year and have hardly used it due how much it cost! I only used it on special occasions (only a handful of times!), I have already had to send it back twice due to the bag literally falling apart, holes in the leather everywhere and the buckle unusable! I emailed the staff multiple times trying to get in contact with them and only after a handful of emails did they respond, they then charged my both shipping cost and to top it off they didn't even fix the bag proper

So far it’s been great! Super spacey, fits everything (I have 3 kids)! Lots of zips and pockets. I love the floral pattern inside the bag and the accessories it comes with!

Great little bag
Very happy with this little (not so little) bag ;) I was worried that it would turn out to be a bigger bag than what it looked like online but was pleasantly surprised. I love how you can just keep adding things to the bag and it never seems to get full! I do find the side pockets a bit awkward though and perhaps M&B could consider making them elastic in future for a bit more stretch to a fit a water bottle and the wipes in more easily. I chose this bag because you can wear it as a handbag and it actually looks like a handbag and not a typical oversized baby bag. It's also so much more affordable than the other luxury baby bags. What a bag !
I purchased the “Summer” bag, and As a mum of 4 with a 12 month and 1 week old, this bag has been a life saver. I have a lot of essentials to take around and there is space for everything. I keep organised with all the compartments and it looks and feels amazing ! The added accessories are a major bonus too :)
Also the customer service I received from Lucy before and after purchasing was amazing ! I would highly recommend to my family and friends, and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again

Dishonesty to the consumer via purchasing through this website. Understandably companies are stuggling with shippment however this should have been made mention on their website, so the customer understands their product will not arrive on time. I will never recommend this company. unhappy customer
