Metro baby is my favourite online baby shop! They have such beautiful products and amazing customer service.

I made a few purchases online from Metro baby for my own kids and gift to others. So happy that I can drop by to shop in store now.

This store has all my favorite brands like Atelier Choux Paris, Miffy and Liewood . Making my nursery so pretty.

While shopping for my newborn-to-be, I was recommended Metro Baby by various friends. While browsing their site I was suprised by theproduct selection, excellent followup customer service and speedy shipping. Their curated baby collections are refreshing to see and I can't wait for my new bub to start using all his new goodies!

I have now purchased a few times from metrobaby. Each time I had some questions and metrobaby has been really responsive and very efficient with problem solving. I will continue purchasing from metrobaby. It has made buying baby products enjoyable.

I ordered an expensive change table in May and its now December. I still haven't received my order. There was no follow up from Metro Baby to advise me on the delayed order. I have had to follow up multiple times to find out what was going on and still no ETA. They were selling this table online as in stock, even though they didnt have any product to sell. Very disappointing, especially when I spent a few hundred dollars on the item and then had to purchase an alternative option elsewhere to make do.

Have ordered a few times from this site during lockdown and found the experience pleasant and simple. Products arrived on time and as described. Highly recommended.
