Depends on how you signed up. I had signed up through Apple apps so had to cancel through Apple. Be careful though as I have seen several old profiles I cancelled still showing on searches.

So from last unsolved issue we resorted to creating a new account and now it's happened again..cant log into account ..i know the user name..password..and email are all correct as we wrote them down from the last issue that was unresolved....so how do we fix this without having to create a whole new profile once again........and as request in first question how and where do i send a screen shoot of the tech support query as to show the the ..user name..password..email as clearly there is an issue with the tech support.

Thanks for your reply. Please check your registered account email for a message from [email protected] as I have forwarded our response to you there. The issue that has been occurring is that there was a spelling error with your email domain, which is why you would not have been seeing our responses. I have rectified this issue and will also send the response through there. Please also note that the username you provided in the previous ticket request was not the correct spelling of the username that is in the system, which would be the cause of your login issues. Hopefully this information will help solve your login issues. If you have any further concerns though please use the ticketing system again as you should have no issues receiving our responses now that we have amended your email address in our system.

Hi, i have an account with a username that i tried to login with last night, but it either tells me the username does not exist any more, or the login failed due to wrong username or password, but i know both are correct, so i tried to reset my password from the email i got in my Spam folder and when i clicked on the box and entered the new password twice, the page went blank and just had the same box to enter your new password, but it was empty, so i typed in the password again, and the box just cleared itself of the password i typed and stayed there.
I then tried to create a new account thinking the other one may not exist any more as i have not been on RHP for 6 months or so, but as soon as i complete the signup stuff nothing happens, i get redirected to the signup page again.
I have lodged a support ticket but as yet not heard back, and i need to get into the forum to ask some advice.

Thanks for your question. To see if your message has been read or not you'll need to access the full site then visit your sent box. The full site is available on your mobile device by opening redhotpie.com.au in your internet browser then selecting 'desktop site'.

If you pay by card the name that will be displayed on your card statement will be our company name: Digital Quarter PTY LTD. If you pay by iTunes the only description that will appear on your bank statement will be iTunes.com/bill.
