Bought in 2016
It's still working and in top quality after 5 years. I use it daily as it is easy to clean and no hassle for a family for 3. I cook frozen stuff, meats, and even kale chips in it. Just pop and cook without oil. I am not a fan of sweets but my friends even make their cakes and pies in it.
Purchased in March 2021 at Harris Scarfe for $100.00.

Just Love It
Cooks yummy chips quickly, and the best roast pork ever. So easy to clean, lift out the bowl to wash in the sink or wipe it out with paper towels.
Purchased in September 2021 at Harris Scarfe for $149.95.

Cant cook hot chips
I never had an air fryer before and thought the idea of cooking hot chips in a healthy way sounds very tempting as we do eat hot chips quite regularly at home. We have been frying it in a wok with hot oils, which is not healthy and costly to use so much oil all the time.
I have tried cooking the chips and found it was not crunchy, and the hot air made the chips too dry. Maybe it is best to use for cooking other dishes which I have yet to master on how to with the air fryer. At this stage we are sticking with the old fashion deep drying our ho...Read more
t chips in the oil. I do love the fact that it is quite big in size but on the other hand dislike that it is taking up so much storage room as this is not something we use on a daily or even weekly basis. It is good that it has a see through glass panel that allows you to see while food gets cooked.Purchased at Harris Scarf for $150.00.

Love it and use basically every day
I bought this because my old 2l air fryer which I bought around the time air fryers were first blowing up was getting a little past it to both replace it and upsize and I am very happy with that decision. I cook almost everything in there - it cooks a mean pork roast and is the perfect size for a standard sized round cake tin. The air flow inside makes the top of the cake a bit of a funny shape because it swirls the batter as it’s cooking but it’s a fair trade off for how simple the process is in my eyes. I did have to exchange it after I first...Read more
bought it because the original one I received was faulty but that process was completely painless - I just took it in store and swapped it right over. My main criticisms would be that the buttons aren’t the absolute most hardy - the power button is wearing a little from use but still 100% usable plus the interface could be a little more user friendly like being able to just manually type in time and temperature in addition to the presets. The rotisserie motor also isn’t quite strong enough to spin the roast that I tried on it but everything cooks just fine without it so no big deal.Purchased in August 2021 at Harris Scarfe Online Store for $150.00.

DANGEROUS- rotisserie barrel rod extreamly dangerous!!!!
My dad has the 10L air fryer, I was using it for the first time and was using the rotisserie barrel to cook chips, as I have taken it out - the rod that it rotates on has slipped out and landed on the floor on my 8month old daughters hand. She has suffered servere full thinkness burns and is currently waiting for a skin graft.. I think that it deffinetly be redesigned to ensure it doesn’t happen to others

Great change in cooking
Recently we bought a new Smith & Noble Air fryer on the recommendation of my sister. She has had an air fryer for a few months and enjoys cooking all her main meals in it. We like our food not to be soaked cooking oil or fat so this an ideal way in which to cook food in a healthy way. We cook meat do baked vegetables (whole potatoes and chips) frozen chicken pieces. All have been cooked in a way that you want to come back for more
