Bought our purchase direct from the store, had awesome help from Suzanne who served us and she answered all our questions with easy payment.

We went to so many places but find the good package deal in Joondalup pine store. Marie looked after us and we really appreciate it.
Staff and delivery driver was helpful.

We recently purchased a bedroom suite from Pine Discount Furniture and we would like to acknowledge the great customer service provided by Lila, also the delivery man was very courteous, Thanks again !!

We went and had a look at Pine Discount first, visited a few more places and just had to come back! They had the best price and product for what we were looking for, and the staff are wonderful.

Saw a corner lounge advertised in the catalogue, we went into the store to see it but none were available, new stock was coming in. When the stock arrived we had a call, the store staff arranged for the lounge to be delivered to the store, so we could see the colour and sit on it. The lounge was then re wrapped and delivered to us. The staff Michelle and Susanne could not have been more helpful. We are very happy with our new purchase.

We purchased a hallway table in store, the assistant helping us (Lila) was incredibly helpful, and cheerful. The table is great quality, we're very happy with the service we got.

Checked on line for goods and then went to the store. Spoke to marie (sales assistant) and she checked the stock in the store she was brilliant very helpful (even told me where i could by knitting needles) arranged delivery which was only 3 days wait. Paid and all sorted

I purchased a new double bed from the store in joondalup. It was a very welcoming place. Suzanne was amazing.

Purchased 2 x 2 seater lounges which are perfect style, colour and fabric. Susanne our sales person was very helpful and arranged for delivery to take place on the next day.

Brought new bedroom suites for kids rooms and mind still in excellent condition and I recommend to whom is thinking of buying from them in Joondalup store with great service

I purchased my goods at the joondalup store and was served by marie who was so helpful, she answered all our questions but did not make a nuisance of herself. When we had decided whar we wanted marie did the order and explained everything to us, the order process was very good.

We purchased the Colton Chaise Lounge at the Joondalup store, helped by Susanne and we are please with it. The price was perfect and its comfortable.

We recently went in for a set of bunk beds for our son. Staff was extremely helpful and the bed was reasonably priced and looks great all put together

Looking for a double bed for spare room so not wanting anything expensive or too flash walked into store. Was shown various options by James who directed me to one of the display set ups which was queen size which wasn't available but had it in double. Great looking piece in white. Came with the mattress but was shown an option to upgrade mattress for extra $200. Great bargain. James was very helpful as were the women when I went back next day to purchase. Delivery faultless. Rang to say when would arrive and punctual.Very happy with bed easy to assemble

From start to finish my shopping experience with Pine Discount Joondalup was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable staff which includes the two delivery team too. Very happy, would recommend. And I love my new lounge too. Great value for money.

I had been looking for a couch for a few days for my new abode but couldn’t find anything I liked, until I walked into the Joondalup store. I found several I liked & made my decision pretty quickly when I found one I loved. So happy with it I just wanna relax on it all the time. Was really debating whether a king size bed and mattress was worth the money and it so is! great quality sturdy bedroom furniture that’s easy to assemble and an unbelievably comfortable memory foam mattress.
