I purchased four Bella chairs from B2C and they are exactly what I was looking for: well designed, super comfy and value for money. I would highly recommend B2C Furniture and their excellent customer service.

I was looking for timber bedside tables at a reasonable price. Not easy until I found the B2C online store. They had just what I was looking for at a great price and the quality is really good. Delivery was great too. Highly recommended.

We found a bedroom setting via the B2C online site, but decided to view it in store. The setting was assembled and set up, and visiting the store gave us the opportunity to review the other available settings. We purchased the bedroom setting we first identified online, and it was excellent to see it in real life. Staff were very friencly, helpful and knew their products. Overall, a very good experience.

Bought 2 dining chairs...they are such good quality nd priced perfectly to fit my budget with marvellous customer service too ...looking forward to shop more in future..keep it up guys

I bought a lounge suite and coffee table from this company around 3 months ago and couldn't be happier with the service from online and in the shop. The quality of the product is very good, in particular I like the fact its wood as opposed to particle board. Very good value for money. The only reason they didn't get an excellent was because of the delivery man. He was a little expensive in his price to put the product together.
I would however purchase again from this business

I had viewed the double bunk online so was very impressed when it was an exact match in store. A quality product at a very reasonable price. Staff knowledgeable and accomodating. Extremely satisfied!

I bought the Paris Chaise Lounge in Beige and it's beautiful, it looks like it's worth far more than the price. The ordering process was easy, my only comment would be to maybe rethink the couriers, they weren't very professional and almost dropped the couch while unloading.

This has to be THE best online store I have ever dealt with. The process was easy however, it was the exceptional customer service that impressed me the most. The calls from the customer service team kept me up to date with the delivery and it arrived exactly when they said it would. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I found B2C Furniture online and liked the look of their coffee tables, so went out to the store one day in November to look at their extensive range. I decided on a a coffee table and side table - then had to wait until Monday to get it from the warehouse. The quality is excellent...really heavy and not all that hard to put together. The side table came assembled already - so it just sipped into place in the living area. Very happy wit it and it looks great and was able to add basked on the shelf below for my granddaughters craft items.

I purchased 6 x chairs from b2c and they are great quality and the price was riduculously good. The staff were also very helpful. I would highly recommend and will definitely purchase from again.

Beautiful furniture I went back a second time to purchase for another grandchild. Beautiful furniture well built easily put together and if you do have a problem the staff there are very courteous and helpful to fix the problem no matter how small. Hard to believe this quality furniture for such a great price. Grandchildren love their bedroom suites and the decorative ladders were such a hit I got one for all my girls. Great prices and quality furniture a combo that’s hard to beat.

Purchased two full bedroom sets already ( for myself and my son ) and would go back for more ! Very cooperative to delivery at a time when I was available ( not your usual waiting for a whole day on a courier ) . Most items come assembled, larger items very easy to put together ( not sitting for hours following difficult instructions and missing one screw at the end ).
Excellent place, can warmly recommend it !

Purchased a queen double bed online, easy process and the product looks the same in person as it does online. Really happy with the finish and how easy everything was.

Very happy with the double bed trundle we purchased for our daughter. Looks great too. Staff were very helpful over the phone and in store when we went to have a look at what we were purchasing.

King Single Bed purchased for my daughter as she transitioned from a cot to a bed. Plenty of storage for books and toys underneath and I hope the frame lasts for many years to come. 6 months in and it's certainly been tested as far as a toddler can test. She treats her bed like a trampoline. Quality build and a good look and easily assembled.

Materials/ timber quality is fantastic, they match the photos and description.
In terms of the bed frame its very stylish and exactly what we were after.
Assemblage and instructions easy, and super sturdy. Very happy with our purchase!

The instructions were easy to follow and all the materials required to put the bunk together were included. Customer support and service was excellent - lovey responsive people over the phone.

My partner and I picked up a beautiful set of dining chairs that were for, honestly, an insanely low price. The staff at the store were very helpful and friendly and moved with a sense of urgency, which I respect. The chairs, which came in a flat pack, were very easy to assemble and the instructions were very intuitive and clear. I would highly recommend this business and their products to everyone.
