Just what we needed.
Last week we purchased the Trinity Single Leather Electric Recliner chair for our holiday home at Seabird. Once located in our lounge and fully "road tested" we didn't see how we could live with another. So today we picked up another so we'll have a matching pair. The voice controlled chair has generated more that a few laughs with friends and family.

Buyer beware!
Recently bought the Convent bed with storage as I thought it would be handy to have the extra storage. Upon assembling the bed and putting the mattress on, it's way too high. Total height is 70cm!
I rang the store to advise them and to see what my options were. I wasn't expecting a refund but I thought they would at least offer an exchange. Excellent Customer Service and Product
We were greeted by the manager Shannon who listened to our requirements for a new lounge suite. He was none pushy, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. The product we choose was on sale and we received a few days later. The delivery was on time and the men were helpful and extremely well mannered. The overall experience was easy, professional and we would not hesitate to recommend the product, delivery and most importantly Shannon and Furniture Bazaar .

Refused to allow Zip payment
As stated on their website they accept Zip Pay as payment, went into store only to be told because the item was already reduced on sale Zip Payment wont be accepted, was forced into a 4 week layby instead. Found out now that they cant refuse Zip Payment for marked down items. Wont be shopping there again after being lied to

Buyer Beware
Item purchased in September but had to wait until December before item was available. Now have to collect item from their warehouse not the store we purchased from. Emailed management with complaint but never even received a reply. Would never buy from this store again

Made the experience seem to easy.
Seeing the ads on TV for the sales we popped into FB Joondalup on Tuesday 17th Dec, to have a look. We first had our eyes set on a cinema set up but soon settled on a 5 piece Roland Leather suite at an unbelievable price. On a walk through wealso noticed and purchased a nouveau art painting that was suited to our lounge. The furniture arrived 3 days later on the Friday it was in place in no time and the old suite out and taken care of. Thank you Marie, Shannon and the delivery crew. We are comfortably sat watching telly on our new suite.

pleasantly surprised.
Very easy to navigate, staff were not overbearing. Shannon was knowledgeable and helpful. Many choices to choose from. We were not rushed into making a decision to buy. The quality of the product was good.
Assembling the bed had its moments with a missing part however Shannon and Raj were very helpful in finding a replacement. Delivery was on time. Happy with our purchase.

Customer service was wonderful!
Store was well set out and easy to navigate and there was a decent range of products in a variety of styles. Shannon was a delight to talk to and provided fantastic customer service. Quality of the products is pretty good and I am satisfied- a few minor issues but nothing too serious or that would make the product unusable- assembled the bed frame myself with some help but everything was straightforward and not too difficult. Overall, really happy.

It was easy to find the type of dining chair that I wanted. It was the exact quality I wanted and the staff went to great lengths to find the quantity of the item that I needed. Delivery was great, on time, and communication was terrific. Pleased I went there.

Bad Quality Furniture
Bought bed frame and bedside tables from Joondalup store. First the warehouse guys mixed up the boxes and sent two side rails boxes, but no middle support box. Lucky enough that was promptly fixed the same day, which was Saturday, and the storeman delivered the missing box in his own little sedan (kudos !). Upon unpacking, the appalling quality of all the items became apparent: the back panel of both bedside tables was a cheep plywood which was cracked when it was screwed onto the frame, and was kind of disintegrating :). Upon raising complaints with the store, it was agreed to replace the damaged items, so after a bit unpleasant conversation with a rude storeman who insisted on delivery during weekdays, the delivery of supposedly good quality items has been agreed for next Saturday. We thought - happy days, issues resolved! Not quite so. When trying to assemble the bed frame, it turned out the new side rails were some sort of a concave, 'crescent' shape, so when you try to put the middle support in, the battens can't reach the side rails as they are too short! I was laughing through my tears! So we were faced with a choice of trying to resolve this with Furniture Bazaar again or fix it ourselves. We chose the latter, went to Bunnings and basically built the middle support from scratch ourselves. So, $2k for a not so good bedframe plus another $100 for the timber from Bunnings and own labour. And, by the way, the replacement items were not so good either - some minor scratches and staining irregularities, which we fixed ourselves with a timber stain pen, as we just new there was no use trying to replace them with quality items as most likely they don't exist. I've raised several times with the support team a request for a discount, but it fell on deaf ears. A bit of a side note - got a feeling that store manager is aware of the quality issues with the furniture, as he implied upon hearing about the back panels of the side tables, that yeah the factory is using a cheaper material as this side is facing the wall, so basically not visible. Warranty Department Lacking
We purchased a lovely modular lounge however the cushion to the chaise caved in almost immediately and offered no support despite nobody in our family being large or overweight. When my husband leaned his elbow on the arm rest the wood cracked in underneath leaving a dent. Somebody was sent to our home to inspect and the lounge booked into be collected for repairs the following Monday. Nobody showed up or called to say it was not proceeding and we didn't receive a call until the end of the week to reschedule. This is still yet to be settled.

the mandurah store was lovely to navigate through a very inspiring layout, the range was very good plenty to choose from, I was well pleased with the products I bought a lounge, a bedroom suite and a mattress. the assemble of the bedroom suite was a challenge but looks very nice as the finished product. the saleslady vicki was of the greatest help patience is a very noticed ability .

Head Office customer service lacking
Our second lot of furniture we had delivered, the delivery drivers were just going to leave the plastic wrapped furniture on the back patio and asked to sign that it has been received in good condition. Had no knife asked us to take the plastic off to inspect and they were very reluctant to put the furniture in the lounge which was right next to where it was dumped under the patio. while they were there and any necessary repairs to be done. After replacing the cable in the first chair he sat in the second and said it was OK without even looking at the cable. Two and a half weeks later the other cable snapped. We argued about charging another call out fee because the repairman was too lazy to check it properly which would have taken an extra two minutes of his time to undo two screws and would have seen the cable was about to snap which we had pre arranged for him to do. Had to pay the extra call out fee. The last lot of delivery drivers and repairmen were lazy and couldn't wait to get back into their vehicle and leave. After this and other issues with this company we had advised them we will not be purchasing anymore furniture from them although their sales staff were great their backup and furniture quality was not. October 9th 2022 Update: Poor customer service from Head office We had issues with this Company charging a second call out fee to repair a snapped cable on one of their recliner chairs. The first chair was fixed and it was pre arranged to have the second chair checked at the same time to see that it didn't have the same fraying problem with the steel cable. A completely inadequate check was made stating it was OK, the cable subsequently snapped a few weeks later. This resulted in a second call out fee being charged and was asked to pay in advance before repair would be done. Contacted Consumer Affair and was advised that Furniture Bazaar had a case to answer due to the second call out fee being charged for a job that should have been done by the repairman while he was initially there. Consumer Affair were advised by the Company that the repairman only had one replacement cable on board and would have to return to base to pick up another one if it was needed which would have resulted in another call out fee being charged. Although it was arranged with the Company prior to the initial repair that the serviceman was to replace the second cable in the other chair if it was found to be badly worn requiring him to have an extra spare cable. The Company obviously lied to Consumer Affair about not having a spare cable on board or the driver didn't come prepared, either way the customer should not be charged for their incompetence. They refused to refund the extra call out fee after numerous requests. We had previous issues with their honesty, problems with delivery practices and product quality, some of these issues noted in a previous review. The Company appears unethical when issues don't go their way. Last time we will be shopping at their stores again as their Customer Service Department has no idea of customer service or interest in retaining their customers.Similar opinion?
