Amazing shop, we buy a lot of furniture from this shop. Fabulous designs and very interesting pieces from around the world, you can find something for very different people and tastes! Service is also great, the staff is very attentive and always trying to help. Delivery and assembling is always very fast and convenient!

I have been searching for a beautiful glass dome and tray set for a while now and just happened to stumble across the Carona Round Tray whilst visiting my favourite Koala living store at Essedon DFO. This set is so beautiful,as is all their furniture which is of high quality and so unique in design. All the staff at the Essedon DFO store are very friendly and courteous and provide great service each time. I have purchased numerous furniture pieces from this store and will continue to do so. It is such a delight to shop here! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

When to Preston store today and purchase the dining chairs that I have been eyeing. Cheryl helped me a lot and very patient with me answering all my questions. Very sweet girl. Love the furniture a lot and can't wait for the furniture to arrive.

Lovely store with lovely furniture but be careful. We spent $1400 on a glass dining table and 5 chairs only for the glass table top to shatter on its own 2 months later when no one was home. It looks bubbly and has changed shape. It shattered for no apparent reason without any physical contact. We had not even assembled it yet . I have voiced my safety concerns to Logan Koala Living as I have young kids in the house. I am awaiting to hear back from the general manager, so far I am not happy with the feedback provided and disregard for my safety concerns by the store. Have survey all store in DFO, really love koala living product especially the lamps and ended up buying it. All customer service sale person are friendly and very attentive and polite.

I just enter Koala Living HomeBush to do window shopping. I met Christine at the showroom as I wanted to know and confirm few prices. She was so friendly and flexible and answered all my queries with a smile. I MUST HAVE ASKED HER PRICES FOR ATLEAST 20 ITEMS . What surprised me most that instead of getting irritated she continue with her smile and cool.Really an excellent customer service I could get.
So finally just due to her patience and ready to help attitude, I purchased good worth $1500

I purchased a sofa online and needed some help with some adjustments and delivery to WA. The staff were incredibly helpful and prompt in their responses. Delivery was well ahead of the anticipated date and we are really happy with the sofa.
