We have been looking for a sofa for a while and struggling with the 12-week wait times at some other stores. The Koala living is perfect and we couldn't believe that it arrived on our doorstep within 2 weeks of purchasing. Great quality, good price, very comfortable and super convenient!

Ordered on the boxing day crush and understood when the sales person advised us that due to "special" order we would not see the couch until March, we've since been told end of June, April, end of April and now beginning of May. Customers service are lovely but are confused and lacking in communication from their manufacturers and it appears that each store has different agendas with delivery dates. BUYER BEWARE!!
