Bad customer service
**refund received after few complaints and feedback** ordered some furniture in Koala Living Logan store in Dec 2022. Furniture delivery was promised in the mid Feb2020. Now the store person named [name removed] is saying that two items including COCO chair and coffee table wont be available all the furniture I bought was for the same living room. nothing is delivered and its already been 3 months since I paid the deposit, worst customer service ever . I tried to cancel my order and No body in store ready to help me now as I requested refund and they are sitting on my money.

They muck around with customers and no respect
The logan store called regarding an order I made back in 8th February saying that it will be delivered on the first week of March. I waited a month for a delivery for items that they said were “in stock” and then when I called first week of March to follow up on the delivery they suddenly changed their words saying that it will be the second week. It is the second week now and I have again had to call them myself to follow up and they are saying it will be delivered the third week of March. ve to chase up myself all the time. For this terrible service when I got frustrated a man working at the Logan store with black curly hair gave me an attitude. If Koala Living had told me the items will take more than a month to be delivered from the beginning I would have ordered elsewhere. Now I am running out of time to order somewhere else and they are still mucking around with me. This is really emotionally stressful experience to be spending money to buy products and they treat their customers like this. Once I get my orders sorted with them I will never shop with them to buy stress. I have shopped many things online to decorate my whole house recently and I have not had a single trouble anywhere else but here.4 comments

Terrible communication with the online team
Never got a response through email even after sending it numerous times regarding my order, never can reach them via phone call and does not return calls even when I leave a voice message. I haven’t received an order that I placed a month ago and they never gave me any follow up on an exact date of delivery and their website does not state clearly on delivery timeframe on items. Really shocking service for an online store.

service, they randomly sent me an email saying my order is ready for dispatch after almost three weeks of no contact. These people are a bunch of clowns and I will have to see if they will fix this properly or need to take it further with them. Another update with Koala, an order I made back in 8th Feb which I was told is in stock and never got told a proper delivery timeframe finally got delivered today (13/03/2020) after me having to chase it up numerous times. After waiting more than one month for an order, I have received shortfall of two candles when I ordered three. Now I will have to go through the nightmare of this impossible to contact company and wait many days to get one response in regards to my missing items. They even tried to call me and request that I remove my review offering store credit voucher. Koala Living should get their system straight and fix my issues first before trying to get public reviews removed with store credit that I would not use as I’m just too scared to order anything from here now.Similar opinion? Very professional staff
First time visiting this store. The layout is beautiful. All the staff were very helpful. I didn’t need any furniture and bought a few decoration items, With the 55%off sale.

Luxury and Perfect furnitures
The staffs are really friendly and helpful. The furniture are perfect and the delivery is really fast. The products have really high quality.

We bought 3seater recliner floor stock but it couldn’t go our upstair rumpus due to its weight and size.(we already have a chat with the manager about delivery to upstairs but he never gave us warnings regarding this situation.) they said it is all our responsibility so we just decided to put it our ground floor but the legs are not stable and adjustable. Disappointed in Koala
Bar Stools rusting
I purchased 4 Bar stools and after 8 months the base started to rust. At 12 months it was significant so sent a warranty report from Koala website and getting a reply it was out of warranty. I said I would take it up with ACCC and they asked I email them with pics and issue which I did. I eventually got the same response. I like the gear that Koala sell but disappointed they don't want to know about a legitimate issue.. We'll see what ACCC think.
After writing reviews Koala Living contacted me and offered a full store credit of which was much appreciated. Its a shame it took this to get some action but to their credit they did more than expected to make a customer happy.

Horrible experience - Scammers!
Me and my wife purchased a dinning table 10 min ago from your store in Essendon DFO store. We purchased a new maza dining table floor stock. This table was on clearance. After purchasing the table I realised there’s many scratches on the table which the staff never mentioned and was hidden under a lamp, nor was there a sign to state damaged item. I have politely asked for a refund how ever, they immediately said no refund. They said no refund before even providing us the invoice so they can have time to edit it. Your policy states we are not eligbale for a refund if we have signed the inspection document. They also stated immediately on the invoice under order comments that we have inspected the item and accepted the condition just so we are not eligible for the refund. They did not even offer us to sign it beside where the documents ask us to sign. We expressed our frustration as we also purchased a mirror from your store and also added a clock cos were impressed. Because of this service we do not want to shop at your store only because of the poor service and attitude we received from Houlia. All she wanted is her commission. It is extremely disappointing also as we purchased a mirror from the Northland store a few weeks ago and before we paid for it, the lady asked us if we were 100% happy with the item and that it would be ready to collect brand new from their factory in Altona.3 comments

Hi, I've sent numerous emails, regarding a painting on order #1000000891 on 29/9/2109. When ordered received an email stating that this item had a 12 week delivery date which I think should be showing on the site when the item is selected, not after you have paid. On my order list it is showing that the order is complete! Would someone please find out when it is due and can be collected.
